Great customer service!😊 I needed a birthday gift for my hubby and this was perfect!

Last night, I’d successfully ordered one grandson bracelet but ran into challenges trying to order one for our other grandson. I sent an email to Ziella explaining my plight.
This morning I was greeted by a text message from “Leila” offering assistance. Her texts were clear, upbeat and supportive. We have a clear game plan for processing the 2nd order once the out-of-stock item becomes available. My husband’s reaction when I shared my Ziella chain of texts was, “WOW! What excellent customer service!” I couldn’t agree more!!! Thank you Leila, I look forward to completing the second order when the time comes!
Bottom-line: this was my best experience with what started out as a purely online transaction which could have gone sour. Clearly, Ziella has thoughtful humans ready to help.

I purchased my husband the personalized infinity bracelet and wallet for our 13th wedding anniversary and he doesn’t particularly care for gifts but he actually loved it!! Once I made my purchase Leila reached out to make sure everything was good and she even followed up after my anniversary to see how my husband liked his gifts. That meant a lot to me. I highly recommend them

I am always reluctant to order gifts like this because I have been burnt many times. However I took a chance and am I glad I did. As soon as I placed my order a super sweet lady named Leila texted me to thank me for the order. She went above and beyond to assure me I would love it and she promised to stay in touch and if I need anything, she would be there. We texted several times from the day I placed the order and the time it arrived. I have to say it was the best on line purchasing experience I have ever had. My wife love, love loved it.
