I have requested to cancel my subscription 3 times and they refuse!! I have 9 bags and 3 more on the way. Sick of this company and their shenanigans!!

This is my first time ordering. It was straight forward and easy to use the website. Looking forward to experiencing the gummies.

Product sells itself so doesn't need pressure tactics.
I like the bonus purchase idea. Less to think about or keep up with.

The texture of the gummies is awful.

I made a one-time purchase of Omni Creatine, but a subscription was subsequently created. I did not intend to sign up for a subscription.

I emailed the company several times asking for assistance with this issue, but I did not receive the help I was requesting.

My experience has been extremely frustrating, particularly because I made a one-time purchase and expected that to be the end of the transaction. I believe customers should be very careful to review their order details and subscription terms before purchasing.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing until the company provides clear information about how subscriptions are created and demonstrates that customer concerns are handled promptly.
