ZFN Chartered Surveyors Bewertungen

Great service. Very efficient. Fayyaz has been super helpful and patient with follow up questions that were discovered throughout the other search process. His expertise was greatly valued.

Had to have a survey done quickly in London around the Baker Street area. Checked reviews and ZFN kept coming up with positive reviews. And no wonder! I contacted Zaid and he was very responsive, very easy to deal with. The property is a Grade II listed Georgian flat. There are some peculiarties with this kind of property and Zaid was excellent in terms of providing quick responses, satisfying any questions I had and advising what needed to be done. I really appreciate the use of technology (What's App) for communication rather than calling, maybe getting the surveyor on the phone, delays, etc... These days, people want to communicate quickly - and that is what Zaid is great at. His report is comprehensive and provides estimated budget for works. He took pictures. He gave a verbal overview of any issues before sending the report out. Just a pleasant experience. We are looking to purchase another flat and will just go straight to Zaid and ZFN - no messing around.

Zaid got in touch with me straight away, talked me through my options and gave be excellent advice.

I will absolutely use ZFN for future building surveys.

I was hugely impressed by ZFN - they were friendly and super helpful. They also v generously gave me free advice and saved me a lot of hassle and money. They were brilliant. I 110% recommend them.

Zaid was super helpful throughout the process. The WhatsApp communication allowed for quick and efficient sharing of details and questions. Even my questions asked out of office hours were answered promptly. The voice note report summary on the day of the survey meant that were put at ease straight away, and the report itself was clearly structured with helpful advice throughout. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you!

I was making an initial enquiry and was very grateful (and impressed) with the prompt response as well as the detailed questions that were asked. Zaid’s advice allowed me to make an informed decision. Many thanks for the guidance and advice!

Zaid did an excellent job not only in the report but following me over some technical matters related to the purchasing of the flat.

Great experience. Simple to book and contact and the report was very thorough and easy to understand.

We were very impressed with Zaid who was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was flexible and carried out the survey on a bank holiday knowing that we needed the survey done asap. The report was very thorough and easy to understand. Most importantly, he was extremely responsive and gave detailed, professional advices to all our follow up queries. Very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

I appointed ZFNChartered surveyors to carry out a building survey for a flat in central London, in Notting Hill /Holland Park. They are extremely professional, did a very thorough survey, and are very responsive. I had a tight deadline to exchange and they were flexible and efficient, working to do the survey in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend.

We have been impressed with all aspects of this company - prompt replies to all our emails, a reasonable price and a very thorough report.

I got in touch with Zaid regarding some fire regulation issue. He was very knowledgable and professional. He provided me relevant advice. I would definitely use his services again.

Amazing service from Zaid. Was very quick in solving this issue, totally would recommend him to other people wishing to resolve their own issues.

Very helpful advice from Zaid.. he is fantastic to deal with. Would recommend.

Great Custom Survey! Easy to understand but very thorough which is vital for a first time buyer.

We asked ZFN to do a full structural survey on a Victorian building, before buying a flat there. We needed to reschedule once but they were very flexible to accommodate our needs.
After the survey Fayyaz was very kind to share a quick summary on the phone about their findings so we could proceed with the mortgage. The full report itself arrived roughly a week later. It's very thorough, full of pictures and a summary with quotes of what should be done on the long run.
Overall they have been very professional and we're glad we've found ZFN.

Great advice on chimney removal. I would highly recommended and I would definitely return should I need a surveyor at any point

Zaid, did a very thorough survey on a flat purchase, there were several points he raised that were not immediately apparent on visiting the property and he offered an explanation as to possible causes and how to deal with them.
The photographic and audio format of the survey while unconventional was a very good system and enabled us to take in all the points raised.
Would definitely recommend ZFN for a property survey.

I am extremely grateful to have contacted Zaid. He dealt with my consultation immediately and offered me extremely solid common-sense advice on the problem I am currently facing and on how to proceed with the matter. Highly recommended and I would definitely return should I need a surveyor at any point.

Zaid's building inspection report was excellent. It was thorough, easy to understand and written in a clear way to allow the information to be used in a practical way. Zaid himself was responsive and easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend him.
