Completely disregarded the arrangement ordered and sent a past it's prime arrangement that'll be dead in 2 days for $150
Paid almost $150 for a flower arrangement of white and purple flowers including iris what was delivered was totally pink with almost none of the flowers I ordered in the arrangement. I ordered a particular color as the recipient does not like pink. It was supposed to be in a ceramic pot and it was in cheap cardboard and the main flowers not only were pink but were at the end of their bloom and about to die. Tried talking to them on chat and got no where. So angry the florist just sent out and old arrangement they already had made up in there shop not a $150 arrangement. The card was ugly and cheap to. Would not use at again and plan to leave this review in as many portals as possible.

We have a picture of what you received and agree that the product delivered was not what you ordered, especially the vase. We will contact the local florist who was given the precise requirements and has let both of us down. We will be demanding a re-delivery of the specification that was agreed.

The flowers were lovely BUT the delivery - AHH
The flowers were lovely - however despite my very precise address and person details- not delivered ti teh right place - and may not have got delivered at all that day if I had not called to see why they had not been received. The lady that delivered the flowers was very polite and sweet- but with such a limited u8ndertasnding of english I feel this contributed to the lack of delivery. Such a pity.

Shipping costs are not fun.
The flowers were lovely, but the shipping and handling costs were crazy. Chose a 30 dollar bouquet, ended up paying 50 once all was said and done.

Our standard delivery is $19.95 (AUD) but that varies from place to place to add considering the area of the recipeint it is not urbanized. Hence ,delivery fee is premium.
