PCR Test at Zen
I did my Fit to Fly PCR test at Zen. The clinic was outstandingly clean with excellent customer care. My results were back within the 24hrs and professionally presented. I am so impressed I have booked my Day 2 and 8 PCR test upon my return. Being a frequent flyer i have tried many PCR test clinics and Zen is by far the best one so far.

Outstanding Customer Service
My colleague and I needed rush covid tests to travel and the staff at Zen made a very stressful situation manageable. The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Foreign Prescription, Excellent Service.
I had a foreign prescription as part of my health plan that an English high-street pharmacist would not dispense. With the time it is taking to get a GP appointment, it would have been difficult and time consuming to ask my GP to transcribe it.
And then I found Zen! I emailed and asked and had an instant response with a quote for the cost of the medication. I had simple instructions of how to pay, and then my full and complete order arrived the next day without any issue. I couldn't have asked for more, and Stella was fabulous. Thank you.
