The team phoned often to check on progress which was very reassuring. We had a trial few days of respite care and everything worked perfectly. The carer was kind and loving. Our friend with Alzheimer's said she "loved her to bits" We have confidence in future periods of respite care having had our anxieties put aside.

RMy aunt’s condition started to decline quite suddenly. She’s always been very independent, so the idea of having someone at home wasn’t something she was comfortable with at first. As a family, we were a bit stuck trying to balance her wishes with making sure she was safe.

What I appreciated with Brivon was that they didn’t rush anything and They took the time to understand her personality, not just her care needs, which I think made a big difference in how things worked out.

The carer they introduced has been excellent. Very calm, respectful, and knew how to approach things in a way that didn’t feel intrusive. Over time, my aunt has become much more open and now actually enjoys the company, which we didn’t expect at the start. They even got the replacement carer quite quickly which was great

It’s also worth mentioning that compared to some of the other options we looked at, Brivon felt much more reasonable in terms of cost, which made it easier for us to commit long term
