Original review: Ordered 12th Jan, still not arrived by 23rd Jan, no response to emails.

Amended review: After initially being very disappointed as my order never arrived and I was getting no response to emails to YumBug I posted a negative review here as per above. This was noticed by YumBug who replied promptly to me both here and by email, explaining that my emails had gone into their spam folder for some reason.

They were apologetic and subsequently very heplful, sending a replacement order and a voucher to be used against future orders, both of which have arrived promptly. The products themselves are great, exactly as described, and I'll be purchasing again in future.

Was a bit trepidatious to begin with when my partner announced we were having cricket tacos for lunch one day. However, I’m a total convert now. The bugs themselves add a great texture to a meal and the sauces and seasoning provided are tasty. There’s a good selection of menu ideas and Yum Bug seem to have everything in hand - will definitely be recommending. Brilliant introduction to eating insects.

I’m really pleased with this new company selling a range of products. If you think that diversifying our food intake is the future or just want the health benefits, Yum Bug is a great choice with great customer service.

Aaron and the team seem really on top of their customer service and also really proactive with it. This is such a rare thing these days. I also really rate the product. It’s great to be able to try preparing insect-based meals in a really user-friendly, non-creepy way. I’ve really enjoyed the food I’ve cooked and it’s eco-credentials so far.

I was really intrigued and excited to receive my order of insect recipe packs - and I wasn't disappointed! The food looks amazing and was surprisingly tasty! I look forward to trying even more of the recipes on the Yum Bug wesbite.

Started to follow the company via social media, mostly out of intrigue. I figured that, as someone who eats meat but also cares about the planet, iI should give this a try. Really impressed with the taco kit I recieved. Tasty, perfect amount for two, reasonably priced and surprisingly super tasty! Will be buying more from this great conpany!

Tried the cricket teriyaki stir fry pack last night and cooked for the family and they all were really impressed with the taste and texture of the crickets. Will be buying again.

I love how these guys are making insects so accessible and appealing. They tasted great and the packaging was really informative. Branding and customer service is also on point!

Great tasting food! very quick to cook, all instruction included and fast delivery.
The packaging is all recyclable or compostable (plastic reduced to the minimum).
Thanks for helping me being more sustainable in my diet! I will surely introduce insect based food as a meat alternative from now on!

Absolutely fantastic food. Nice to finally see insects served on the Western menu. About time we're caught up with this deliciously environmentally practice. Plus it's super high protien. Bugs are the future! Great response from customer service regarding my questions and suggestions.

Excellent recipes and very informative instructions on how to prepare the food all wrapped up in attractive packaging that's environmentally friendly! Highly recommended Yumbug for anyone looking to try alternative proteins!
