Disgusting, what restaurant follows the agenda in my opinion? absolutely disgusting and these bugs destroy your stomach and cause health problems.

Terrible experience. Not healthy at all. They contain chitin which is poison for humans. Shame on you to promote this kind of stuff!

Never received my order. Even after 2 attempts of it being sent. Have not received any reply after contacting them the second time.

Really enjoyed our Yumbug meal kit and it was super easy to prepare. The crickets are surprisingly filling and satisfying. We’ll be trying the mince next. It has already changed the way we eat and we shall be trying other bugs available on the website. They are certainly worth trying 👍

A complete seamless experience! We missed the first delivery of mince pack due to our own fault, but Aaron quickly sent us an entirely new pack. The dry cricket kit is user friendly really and it comes with sauces and recipe. Overall, I think this is an excellent product and a great way to move towards a more environmentally friendly society! 👍

Ok, so I thought I would try out this new trend being pushed by the likes of the World Economic Forum and their Mainstream media minions. I approached with an open mind but unfortunately none of my kids or wife would join me on this journey of discovery. Products i had were the Cricket stir fry, Cricket Tacos and the mince. I was pretty excited about it but after doing the mince, I realised that this is pretty damn disgusting. The taste is indescribably weird and slightly chemical like. Texture wise its ok (ish) and resembles a grainy sort of feel to it. The stir fry was cooked but not eaten out of the simple reason, it looked disgusting and smelt awful. Seriously, what the hell is all this? Is this stuff even properly checked or is it just a few people jumping onto the dystopian future bandwagon being pushed on us by the WEF, paid for politicians and the globalist elite and hoping to be part of a new trend? Most people know what they are up to with pushing out of farmers and the likes of Bill Gates constant buying of farm land and I agree, we have to move away from meat but bugs, mealworms and synthetic food made by corporations is not the answer and never will be. If this would be truly edible and would have ANY creditability, then this would have happened decades ago and not conveniently pop up while this agenda is being pushed on us by Mainstream media and the WEF puppets. This company is nothing more than two opportunists trying to get ahead of what they consider being the way the world is going. No thanks, I'll stick to eating real delicious and naturally grown food, the food that we are born to eat. I wasn't going to be one of those people who just go eww without trying it but seriously, I feel violated eating this stuff. each to their own, enjoy.

I loved the bugs once I shut my eyes…. My boyfriend wasn’t so brave..I really enjoyed them

This really was very nearly the Next Big Thing in Aldi!
But Aldi thought it is still too "out there"!
So we thought, just a great Xmas gift to send to friends who love cooking.
But please beware of "use-by dates" - we bought two kits and one bag of plain crickets, and owing to shortish dates were only able to send the crickets for Xmas.
The kits were delicious, though!

They’re crunchy, tasty and great to snack on.
Good for the planet too and full of protein.
Packaging is a bonus too, totally compostable and can be opened and re-sealed easily.

My girlfriend bought the cricket mince as a joke. I didn't find it funny, but she was laughing her rear end off the chair as I started dry heaving. Thing is, when I went to check the site I realized the joke is actually a two fold, as you have the disgusting product itself and then you have the price!

Now, to me, that pricing is pretty funny - its actually hilarious when you factor in we're in a cost of living crisis, and with all the benefits of 20342950% less CO2 this product claims, you might think because your eating like a Himalayan Sherpa, you might get a value proposition to match.

Alas, no, the comedy treat of this "product" is that you pay three to four times the cost of a quality local butcher meat per gram to eat like your surviving a plane crash.

In that respect, this is an appalling product. Though its also disgusting, which is why it was spat out and the rest went straight in the bin.

HOWEVER, if you want a comedy product and have money to throw away this is the perfect deal for you! Waste of money, and goes in the bin - perfect combination!

"If you’re allergic to Shellfish or Dust mites you may be allergic to insects." Nice. I should maybe give an extra star for the honesty in sharing that little section of allergy advice. Is it that because cricket farms suffer from Sancassania mite issues? Wow. Just... wow...

Everything arrived very fast and efficiently. These guys really seem to know what they’re doing (every package I’ve had sent from them has been perfect).
