Had an accident recently and was recommended this company, honestly, they’ve been brilliant from start to finish. They handled everything for me and kept in touch the whole way through, so I always knew what was happening.

They made what could’ve been a really stressful time so much easier. No hassle, no chasing, just clear communication and proper customer service. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone who’s had an accident and wants things sorted quickly and smoothly.

We had an accident, and a friend recommended YS Claims to us. From the start, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

First of all, we had to travel all the way from Huddersfield to Birmingham at our own expense just to collect a courtesy car. Then, after a couple of weeks, we received a call saying they were coming to pick up the courtesy car and returning our vehicle — without it being repaired or any money provided to fix it.

We were told to get a repair estimate from Audi, which came back at £8,775. We passed this on to YS Claims, and after waiting nearly a month, we only received £2,800, which is barely a third of the actual repair cost.

When we tried to contact them for an explanation, they started making excuses and stopped responding altogether. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I’m leaving this review so others are aware of our experience and can think twice before using YS Claims.

They have given me nice courtesy car until my car was repaired. The repairs was doing very good and my car is back on the road. Would recommend!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Was away from home as a family member had passed away and came back to my car written off outside my house. Speedy recovery and courtesy car and paid out in full. Also my missus car was involved in rtc and ys got my car written off and was paid out and chose to retain the salvage. Die to work commitments did not have the time to deal with insurance matters YS being 24/7 available dealt from the start towards the end without bothering me once.
