This is my third time using alpha claims and hire unfortunately due to the fact I keep getting into accidents that are not my fault.

This time I was driving down a dual carriage way and the third party insurance swerve into my lane.

I called another claims company who said I am at fault. How ever alpha claims and hire provided with the right support. They gave me a replacement car, the solicitors manage to obtain dash cam footage from a witness who saw the accident. Which proved it was not my fault. From that point they sent the matter to court and the judge awarded the claim in my favour due to the mountain of evidence to support my claim.

Initially the tpi tried saying they are not admitting liability they then said they do not indemnify the other driver.

At no point did alpha claims hesitate with the claim.

The day before court third part insurance made a settlement for full cost and losses incurred as a result of the accident.

The whole process took 4 months.

Honestly the best company to give your claims to. They’re so kind, they explain everything to you. I got a courtesy car on the same day, my car was valued and it was all dealt with within the month. I had an accident claim from them they took money from Insurace and transferred into their own garage account and asked me to repaired the car and send pic to release money . When I contacted the other company they given me hire car and dealt the case on their behalf they said we already paid still waiting for paymen it’s 4 months now . Scam

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Alpha Claims and Hire.

During my dealings with this company, the terms regarding when the vehicle was required to be returned to the car park were changed without proper notice or clear communication. Altering conditions after an agreement has already been made is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress for customers who are acting in good faith.

Furthermore, upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered that the tyres were flat. I immediately raised this issue with Alpha Claims and Hire, however I was told that it was not their responsibility. This response is completely unreasonable, given that the vehicle was under their control at the time. No investigation, assistance, or accountability was offered.

The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility for issues that occurred while my vehicle was in their possession is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this company.

Asif @ alpha claims and hire sorted my claim out for me and since then I’ve sent him 2 new claims. The best in the game with over 20 years experience. I’ll keep recommending him. They give you honest pay out. Unlike other companies who steal your money from your car money.
