If I could give zero stars I would. Appalling company. Ordered something for Christmas 2016 in October, received in January this year. Items broken. Contacted them, sent photos and promised a refund. Chased and promised again but that there was a backlog and system problems. When chased after that, just ignore all emails. They are thieves, criminals, scumbags. Pick your own description!

I bought $50 worth of the quick disconnect cables for my wifes iphone and my Note and the cables would heat up. So I contacted them and they said they would refund my money. That was 7 months ago. Still no refund. I even replied to their e-mail a month ago to check on it and they ignored it.

Never got products nor refund after many promsies

I have bought a wifi booster. receive it several months later and never worked as advertised. I asked for tech service and heard that they will refund. This never happened. They are not serious , instead are bandits and must be vanished from the market.

Late shipping - ignored emails saying to cancel and refund as I was no longer available at that address and re shipped. Order brought to me abroad by relative and items missing.

Nov.3 I ordered 4 Pyramid Pans paying $60. The order went unnoticed until I asked for tracking number 3 weeks later and the shipped order out that same day. Problems with Customs and was patient. I finally got 1 of 4 pans and they were going to refund me (have their emails). NOW they show I got my order, YES I got 1 and paid for the bonus 4. They feel so bad about their mistake. I ordered three items for my iphone 7, none of them worked as advertised. The adapters did not work with the headphone remotes at all. I've been trying to get an address to return the products for a refund from the company for a month. Still no luck. I'll never buy anything from this site again.

Ordered one month before Christmas, requested the order be canceled two months ago, received product two weeks ago.
Once I plugged it in, the connection was only made when tweaking the connector and holding it there. When I tried to remove the plug which is inserted into the phone, the plastic casing slipped/broke off and left the metal prongs stuck inside which required needle nose pliers to remove.

Holy crap, what a nightmare. This was my last response from them:

same as all- took 7 weeks for item to arrive. did not work. emailed immediately- got multiple messages that said nothing. Was told money would be refunded. Now 3 months. nothing. when you click on the site, it does not exist. They are thieves and lie all the time. If we could all get a class action suit it would be nice.

Ordered product that was never received. When I e-mailed asking where the product was they said it had been delivered. After explaining I did not receive the item they asked me to check with me post office to see if it was there and if not they would send out a new one. After confirming with them that the package was not at my post office I never heard from them again. Have sent numerous e-mails and have heard nothing back.

Immediately after posting this review I was contacted by Your Wish Store stating they would refund my money. However, that was three weeks ago and I have yet to receive a refund.

Steer clear of "you wish". Quick to take your money, have to hound to get responses and when you finally get a response, it is rubbish, delay tactics. Do not purchas anything through them. I have used aliexpress with fantastic customer service and excellent products. If you post your ripped off experiences on "your wish" website and other forums, please also highlight good alternative shopping options. This way we highlight "your wishes" bad customer service and steer people to more reputable options. Hit them where it hurts, ....finacially, bad publicity and potential customers being sent to more trustwothy competition shopping sites. No stars for this shonky organisation. I will continue to post every day everywhere I can to prevent others being ripped off and to get my money back.

This is a SCAM operation. I ordered and paid for an item more than 2 months ago (with an estimated delivery time of 21-40 days). still nothing... their costumer service is terrible... there is only one email to contact them and they respond a month later saying "please allow for 21-40 days from TODAY"...
they keep stalling, not responding, and ignoring what you actually say in the email sent to them. It is very clear this is a scam operation. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Watch out for horrible customer service. An order was more than 2 months late so I cancelled. They only sent it after I cancelled and now won't refund. Terrible business practice.

I saw the magnetic USB cord through FB ad. DON'T buy from this company! The cord was flimsy and didn't work past 2 weeks of VERY LIGHT use since I have an original Apple USB that still works.

They advised their policy is NO RETURNS 7 days after receipt. Compared to other reviewers, It seems I'm lucky to have received anything at all! It took way longer than 7 days to receive the product. The product seemed poor from the beginning and didn't work after a few uses! I keep getting some scripted response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! SCAMMERS!

They took my money immediately after I placed my order but did not ship or reply to several emails until two months later and I still haven't received any merchandise. I don't understand why PayPal doesn't cut them off. They are abetting criminals. I should have done a better job of checking them out before ordering.

Placed an order for the magnetic phone chargers 12/17/16. I emailed the beginning of February since my order was still "processing" and I received a canned response that I'd be getting a full refund due to the items being out of stock.
They still have then listed for sale on their website though!

Purchase cell phone magnetic cables 12/16/16 it is now 2/8th and no cables 6 weeks. I sent an email 2/6th at 8am telling them I wanted a refund got a response that night at 11pm stating they would be refunding my money 24 hours later no refund sent out a second email, 48 hours after their only email to me still no refund and no response to the second email. After reading all these reviews I decided to open a PayPal claim against them and sent them a third email stating so but I don't expect to hear back. Wished I had seen all these reviews before I purchased as I would never have placed an order.

I placed an order on 10/20/2016 for a neat item I thought would make a nice add on Christmas present. After Thanksgiving I checked the status and It still had not shipped. The website said it could take awhile but I sent an email inquiring anyways. No reply was ever made. The week before Christmas I checked again, still no tracking info. At this point I sent another request to cancel the order and refund the payment as this was not going to make it in time for Christmas. No reply. Into January I sent an incredibly rude email at this point threatening to contact BBB and I finally get a reply that my refund is being processed. Fast forward to 2/7/17 no refund received and magically the product arrives. It's very poor quality, plastic not at all as described. I'm just going to bite the bullet and keep it and call it a day because the issue will clearly never be resolved. 4 month shipping time and it came directly from China. I will never spend another penny on this site and I advise you not to either.

when the order finally came, its bad quality. i ordered magnetic charger but its even not come together as it said

I have ordered over 5 weeks ago, got tracking link 2 weeks later but it says parcel not found and the status on Your Wish Store site still shows "Order Ready" (as opposed to "Dispatched"). Tried to contact them via emails, their website multiple times for the past 2 weeks but I've got no response at all. I'm starting to suspect a scam here (especially seeing all the others with the same problems), and I will be opening a PayPal dispute to claim my money back soon.
