Bought my last product from wish bought a rifle scope it was broke when I finally got it on the rifle about 4 months after buying it. Wish does nothing because it is past 30 days. I sent it back to the manufacturer they said it was a clone and cannot help.Wish refuses to help because of the 30 day guarantee. I sent numerous emails but I get the same canned message back from them. Doesn't matter what I say or how I word it the exact same message comes back. Be careful people Wish is selling…

Be careful people Wish is selling defective items and then refuse to refund. They are Crookes don't buy anything from them. They do not take calls and then they reply with a spam.

As you see Wish just reassured you that you will be wasting your time and that is what exactly I am complaining about.
They do not take phone calls
when you write that what they reply over and over and over.
you will never gt your issue solved because they do not want to return your money and they will keep selling defective merchandise.

I don't understand how they're still in business. They continuously steal from us they continuously sell us fraudulent items or they don't even send the item they sent an empty packaging. I am now charging them $2,500 a day for four orders and they refuse to answer me one star is too much for this fake company I am taking on in court

One star is too much , yes I jumped at cheap piece 4 items all crap. Set drill bits looked nowhere near what advertised, fish lures said 10 sections and pictured with another 9, only one turned up. 2 cigarettes cases that fell apart soon as opened. Yes I didn’t pay much so get what pay for. Try to get in touch with customer support and keep getting fobbed off by an automated system, have informed trading standards, Facebook and google and other companies who are using their name to advertise… getting very interesting

Sono un partner wish local siciliano di catania e vi comunico che wish ci ha appena truffati tenendosi 2600,00 euro di nostra proprietà e buttandoci fuori dal programma per cose non vere cone scusa.
Non ci sono persone competenti dietro wish e non sono l’unico truffato.
Adesso ho dovuto ricorrere a denunciarli alla magistratura.
Una società come questa non merita di lavorare nella nostra comunità europea e l’antitrust dovrebbe prendere delle serie misure preventive.

Già alle iene sono stati segnalati altri scandali.

È pericolosa.. attenzione e state lontani.
Siete delle pedine finché gli fate comodo, poi vi fregano i soldi e nemmeno vi rispondono più chiudendo account.

l ordered a few things as a gift for a friend. I was a little wary at their claims but since what l ordered were not big ticket items so it was not that big of a loss. Their products were as expected, cheap dollar store quality. They also charge shipping separately for every product. Then they hold up the order until they can stick it in one box and send it for one low price. If you wonder why it takes so long thats the main reason. The reps are cordial and really good at pretending to care. All they care about is ripping you off and they do it with a smile. Stay away from this company unless you can afford to throw your money away. Just recieved the remainder of my order. Took a month. One was a Seiko watch they valued at $264 and sold for $24. Took it to a jewelry store and what a shock!!! It is in fact a cheap Chinese knock off worth about $10. They also charged $14 for shipping. I figured it would be fake so for your my review purpose l ordered to confirm its authenticity. Everything l ordered (5) products, they were all either phony or dollar store quality. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I have ordered 3 items by looking at the offer just some minutes back, my payment was completed and debited from my account too but it shows the payment is not completed like what is happening, it is debited from the account and still returned back, if an order is not completed then why isn't the money returned?!

If you the company owner or whoever from the store is watching this review then kindly return my money, stop looting us, we work hard for that.

Waardeloze firma. Niet geleverd maar wel moeten betalen (Klarna). Ik had binnen 30 dagen moeten reageren dus vette pech mijnheer, we kunnen niets voor u doen.
Wel houden ze je aan het lijntje want track en trace gaf aan dat het product nog onderweg was, dus daar hoop je dan op. Wat een oplichtersbende.

Plain out garbage. You are only supporting a CCCP when buying this trash. I bought some items and they were dollar store brand knock offs. No quality what so ever buyer beware.

I wrote earlier about Wish I am writing again. Now my items that I ordered won’t be here until sometime In October!!! I ordered them in June!! I am moving and now I won’t receive my items until I don’t live here any more I am so mad!!! I don’t know why it takes 4 months for something to get here !!!! Covid or no covid this is disgusting

I have made a few orders in the past and the items arrived but generally very slowly and with non functioning tracking information, I would never but anything for more then $20 or $30 from them as is often of questionable sources. Lately they are even more inefficient if that is even possible and they have ZERO customer support since there seems to be no way to contact them and they do not reply to ANY emails. So shopping at WISH is a little like throwing coins in a fountain, you do it and WISH for the result, but also be prepared to throw away the money.

I have gave them one star because there is no option without it. This internet store is cheap, a negative meaning of cheap. I have bought a solar camera for $ 73 and after two months it stop working. "Wish support" ignored me because there is outside of 30 days refund policy, and imagine that there is NO WARRANTY at all. Manufacture printed on the box do not exist!!! Nobody knows who made this camera that why "Wish support" should be "Wish liars" do not want to help. Looks like all stuff they are selling is COUNTERFEIT, so even spending cheap is like throwing money in to the garbage. I will never ever buy from them even for a penny.

By far the most fraudulent company I’ve ever seen.
I’ve bought a few things, they were too small,(shirt) boots (advertised as being £269.99) they turned up two sizes to small.
I bought a watch and whilst trying it on the strap bar snapped.
I complained to them and below is the answer I got....

If I could give no stars I would. Good luck on getting any good products from wish. I ordered 3 fingerlings ( electric monkey toys) which ended up being just plastic. They didn't move and they sure weren't electronic like the discription said. So I have only received 2 toys, when I emailed they just told me to send more pics. So one toy is still missing and since I have a new card I cannot receive any refund. (My card expired) wish doesn't care about you and your money. They will send you junk( if you even receive it) and that's it. Good luck if you choose to buy from this company. **Also one came soaking wet in what seemed like water.

Like many other people, I would give them 0 stars if I could. I purchased an item that took forever to receive in the mail. I used it twice and it broke. Sent an email to their "support" contact, 2 weeks passed and no response. I sent them another email and no response after another 2 weeks. DONT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY."
