I wonder if they actually pay their clients if they can't pay their employees

Extremely disappointing experience with this broker. Deposits are often not approved within a reasonable timeframe, which can be very frustrating for clients. There are also serious concerns regarding employee payments, as staff have reportedly experienced delays in receiving their salaries. Overall, the service and internal management need significant improvement.They need to pay their employees ASAP 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.

When employees are not paid, communication matters.

I believe it is important to raise a serious concern regarding NexTrade and the current situation surrounding employee salaries.

There are concerns from employees regarding outstanding salary payments, while messages and enquiries asking for clarity about when salaries will be paid have, in some cases, reportedly gone unanswered or have not received clear responses.

The most difficult part is not only the uncertainty around payment — it is the lack of communication.

Employees have financial responsibilities, families, commitments and bills. When salaries are delayed, employees deserve clear and timely communication about:

• When outstanding salaries will be paid
• Whether all teams and employees globally will be paid
• What is causing the delay
• What employees can expect going forward
• Who employees can contact for an official update

People should not have to repeatedly chase management simply to understand whether they are going to receive the money they have already earned.

I hope NexTrade management addresses these concerns openly and provides clear communication to affected employees around the world.

Regardless of the circumstances, employees deserve transparency, respect and communication — especially when it concerns their salaries.

I am sharing this because silence creates even more uncertainty. Hopefully, the company can provide a clear and official update to everyone affected.

Scam broker, they don't pay employees. They use clients money to process withdrawals. They have been blacklisted in the UK.
