They're bunch of scammers, i want my refund ASAP. I've already mentioned it to cyber security and they're tracking it down through VPN number

SCAMMERS. I made a payment of ₹9862 (100$) through UPI on 17april2026 in my Xellion account and still i didn’t received my deposit amount . I gave them my bank statement too but s no response infact they ban my account POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer support is pretty quick to help with KYC and respond to withdrawals as well.

I deposited $500 and made around $250, and the withdrawal took only 10 min.

If fairness is truly your priority, then the most basic step is to send the client his withdrawal. An amount already deducted from the account must be delivered without delay.

If you consider yourselves honest and transparent, please process the pending payment immediately or provide verifiable proof of transfer.

Your actions have not only affected the client financially but have also damaged my credibility, which I have built over decades in this industry.

I request you to resolve this matter urgently by:

Releasing the pending withdrawal
Providing proof of payment
Allowing access to the remaining balance

Until this is resolved, your claims of fairness and integrity remain questionable.

I must firmly reiterate that your claim of a successfully processed withdrawal is incorrect. I submitted a withdrawal request of $800, and while this amount was deducted from my trading account, I have not received these funds in my account.

Additionally, a remaining balance of $780 is still visible in my account and has not been paid out.

I would also like to highlight that I have made multiple follow-ups regarding this issue through my IB. My IB further escalated this matter to Mr. Younas, Mr. Rammay, and Mr. Hussein, who presented themselves as official contact persons from Xellion. Despite these repeated efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and no funds have been received.

To summarize the situation:

$800 withdrawal requested and deducted from my account, but not received.
$780 still remaining in my account and unpaid.
Multiple follow-ups made via IB and your claimed representatives, with no resolution.

If you maintain that the $800 withdrawal was completed, I request full and verifiable proof, including:

Transaction ID
Payment method used
Date and time of transfer
Recipient account details

As of now, no such proof has been provided, and no funds have been credited to me.

This matter cannot be considered resolved until:

The $800 withdrawal is successfully received, and
The $780 balance is properly processed or clarified.

I expect an immediate and transparent resolution.

Xellion broker refuses to pay out profits even through the trading was not fraudulent and no bonus es weee used. The company is in responsive, does not reply to email, and the BDM has gone missing.

I have sent several emails to support@xellion, but I have received no reply or explanation whatsoever. Even the person who promoted this investment has disappeared without a trace and cannot be contacted anymore.
I kindly but firmly request that my withdrawal be processed immediately and my funds transferred to my account without any further delay. I expect an official confirmation and a clear payment schedule no later than within the next 48 hours, as this delay has already caused significant inconvenience and loss.

One of my clients mt5: 6558 has been trying to withdraw for a week and the company keeps declining the withdrawal without giving any reason.
He has no bonuses

When we try to contact the management they immediately block us instead of explaining the situation.
And he are not able to withdraw even the original deposit

This is very concerning for a trading company.

Update after Xellion reply

The company claims “bonus abuse”, which is not true.

This client never received or activated any bonus. This is his first deposit and there are no bonuses on the MT5 account.

Also, as an affiliate, none of the clients in my network use bonuses. I do not allow bonus trading and all clients are directed to trade on zero accounts where bonuses are not available in the first place.

The withdrawal was declined and he is not even able to withdraw the original deposit.

There is also a clear contradiction in your reply. You said the case was already reviewed and closed by your risk team, but at the same time you claim that no formal complaint was received through your support channels.

How was the case reviewed and closed if no complaint was received?

If Xellion claims there was bonus abuse, please provide clear proof such as the bonus transaction in the account or the related accounts you mentioned.

Until now no evidence has been provided.

Update

After exposing the issue and asking for proof, the company has now closed the client’s account.

This raises serious concerns about the safety of client funds.

I am extremely disappointed and absolutely FURIOUS! This Xellion Broker is a professional master scammer of the highest level! I trusted them 100% and invested all my hard-earned money here, but what did I get? ABSOLUTE ZERO!
All their BDMs are cold-blooded scammers! They made every promise imaginable, but the moment it was time for withdrawal, they suddenly refused to pay all clients. I have emailed support@xellion countless times, but they are TOTALLY SILENT like dead people! No explanation, no reply, nothing at all! They just stay quiet and pretend they don’t know anything.
This is not a broker — this is a complete scam den deliberately created to rob money from small traders like me. All their BDMs are professional liars, professional cheaters, and have zero conscience. A trash broker like this should be banned forever and should never be published anywhere!
If you still have any sense, NEVER EVER invest in Xellion! They are not a broker, they are thieves in suits! Now I can only regret because I trusted this garbage.
