ordered on Dec 4th today is Dec 28th still have not received. Tracking indicates it's been turned over to UPS but UPS says only the label has been issued and they are waiting for the item. Pretty sure I've been scammed.

Found this place on instagram. They should make it clear of the delivery time. Ordered 4 December and still not received by 28th December. Transparency is really important not sure if I’ve been scammed or just very long delivery time.

I am extremely disppointed!
I ordered 3 of these microscopes along with the slides, and nothing has been delivered. I ordered weeks ago! On 12/6 I received notice that the order was on its way and it has still not been delivered. Way too late for the holidays and I will ask for my money back. This company is not one I would trust or recommend to anyone. Steer clear!

Pedí 2 microscopios el 9 de Diciembre pensando que llegarían bien para Navidad pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Día 27 de diciembre y aún estoy esperando.
Mandé 1 email y la respuesta fue totalmente genérica diciendo: "Gracias por la consulta, blabla, tu paquete llegará pronto, mira el tracking". Por supuesto ya había mirado el tracking y me lleva a una página en blanco, a veces me lleva a una pagina donde pone que han recibido mi pedido, nada más.
Les volví a mandar un email pidiendo información sobre cuándo llegará mi envío y no recibí respuesta.
Mandé un tercer email y me dice que esa dirección de correo electrónico no recibe emails. En fin, hay muchas webs fiables donde puedes comprar un microscopio, esta puedes evitarla si no quieres tener un dolor de cabeza. Es una vergüenza que haya personas aprovechándose así de la gente.

I have been trying to get a refund for days now. I ordered and was charged for a product that never arrived. It say in transit for past 3 weeks on their website. Waste of money. Please avoid their website. I wish I read reviews before paying them. Hopefully I can get the refund soon.

Ordered a microscope after seeing this on Instagram and it never came. I reached out to customer service and they just send a generic email stating my order is transit. After 3 weeks of chasing this product that was meant to come in time for Christmas, I think it’s safe to say I’ve been scammed.
Went back on Instagram last week and it looks like so many others are in the same position as me.
So disappointing.

Ordered early, never received. Customer service says it’s on the way…can’t track because it’s a blank page. Should’ve put more $ into delivery service instead of marketing. Will dispute the charge.

Given one star only because I am unable to give zero. Ordered on 7th of December for one of my Grandsons Christmas presents. I am typing this on Boxing Day having still not received my order. Really disappointed. I have contacted the company for updates and on how to get a refund only to be told they cannot process a refund as the 'order has already been sent to fulfilment and we are not able to stop it'. My order was placed in plenty of time for Christmas. This company is taking orders and peoples money knowing full well they will not be able to deliver in time for the holidays. To know you are not going to be able to fulfil orders that are being bought as Christmas presents for children is fraud and quite evil. No clear refund policy and a blank page on order tracking. This company is operated by scam artists and is pure bullshit.

Horrible company taking advantage of parents! Ordered on Dec.5 for my child, felt confident with the ample time to ship for Christmas and their promise of delivery by Christmas. Today is Christmas and it never arrived. Tracking number brings to a blank page…will dispute with my credit card company

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I placed my order on the 11th Dec. it is now the 25th....Christmas day and it is still in transit. So many people complaining about delivery issues. AVOID

I bought this as a gift for my son from Santa and I bought it with enough time to arrive in time for Christmas. Yet it never arrived and you refused to refund me with enough time for me to purchase a replacement in time for Christmas Day.
I’m disgusted that you left me without a gift and without money to fix the issue.

Absolutely livid: there is nothing you can do to fix this situation now you’ve just left me with a shitty situation to deal with.

Same here. Ordered 7th Dec. Tracking number goes to a blank screen. This is the third time I’ve ordered something through instagram and been scammed. I have complained to instagram but they also don’t give any help. 😡

No communication, tracking number doesn’t work. Please let me know how, if anyone did, get their refund. So disappointing. Shame on the company and on Instagram for allowing these kk ds of businesses

I ordered this product on December 4. As of December 21, I received notice that it is at the "sorting center" in Shatian Town, China! What a joke. They advertise "fast, free shipping." Don't fall for this.

I thought I got scammed too but my items just come. Box says made in China and it took just over 3 weeks to arrive although the email says 4-6 days. I did email and got a reply from David previously but it has arrived with the slides although no free gift which is says was coming with it.

Like many others here I was drawn in at Xmas for a gift for my nephew.
Ordered on the 6th, update on 7th saying processing, nothing else.
Emailed to say I want to cancel as there has been no update on the 16th. My cancellation was rejected because the order is "being fulfilled".
Advised nothing has updated and to refund me, Further objections from David at Customer Services about not being able to cancel the order. 7 emails were exchanged and then a convenient delay in response until the 22nd when the order has now moved to the warehouse.
The company now expects me to wait for an order (being shipped from China) to then return it at my expense to get a refund. Also saying they won't refund me without the product returned.
All of this could have been stopped with my initial contact but instead I'm having to waste everyones time asking for a refund.
I'm demanding a returns label and failing that will hopefully get my office to reject the delivery.
More fool me I guess for buying what seemed like a nice idea.

But it actually arrived, on 24th of December. I ordered two microscopes, they are ok, everything is fine. It took longer than I expected, their support never answered my questions, but it arrived!

About microscope itself: of course it does not magnify to the cellular level (you don’t expect it for this price), but it does bring things really close, and it is very interesting to examine different textures.

So I apologize for my previous review, but they definitely should improve their customer support.

Yep. Looks like I fell for a scam. Same experience as many other reviewers here. Ordered on 7th Dec. Now the 23rd Dec. Got an email saying order confirmed, went through Shopify etc, looked legit. An ‘Order dispatched’ update has been showing for weeks but the tracking link takes me to a blank page. Will start investigating how to get my credit card payment back after Christmas. Last time I buy from a business via a Facebook ad, and will be for many people, which is a shame for the legitimate hard working businesses who are not a scam.
