I’ve ordered a miniscope on Nov 24, paying also an extra fee to receive the item before Christmas, and they never sent me anything. No answer, no way to contact them. Be careful in buying from them. Not serious at all

The product itself is OK. A young child might have fun with it simply because it’s new and different, but it’s not near the quality it advertises. My main qualm is their dishonesty. They lead you to believe on their website that they’re a North American family business, and when you finally receive your package (a month later), the return address is from Illinois. But if you actually take the time to dig into the tracking (far past what Shop offers) while it’s in transit, you find out too late it’s coming straight from China. There’s no recourse to take either, as it’s a legitimate purchase — Banks call it “friendly fraud”. Sad we live in a day and age where you have to research the heck out of everything you see because integrity means so little. But it’s best to just cut the loss, learn, and move on.

Product sucks and is useless and a waste of money. The company has a shipping and restocking fee which is 20%. Terrible company and customer service.

Awful experience, took 22 days to arrive (despite saying it would arrive in time for xmas when I ordered it on december 12th). When it arrived there was no ‘free gift’ as advertised and it doesn’t work. You can just about see something through it if you use a torch in addition to the LED light but no where near the quality of the images they advertise on their website. Still waiting to hear back from them about a refund.

Do not order!!! I placed an order on December 5th and I still have not received it. I have reached out to customer service twice and not heard back. Avoid at all costs.

I saw an ad on insta for the miniscope. I placed my order on 13th Dec (it stated it would arrive in time for Christmas). Checked delivery times for the UK and it said 4-6 business days. It arrived 6th Jan and when I checked the tracking it wasn't even dispatched until 24th December. They state there is a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays return postage, so not even worth returning. Avoid!

I bought it in early december and the item arrived today. The website is rubbish, you have to look up the tracking company page, but eventually you get it.

The thing is a rebranded standard chinese gadget available directly from banggood for a bit lower price, so maybe it is a bit of margin, but not unrealisting. The actual product is a bit cheap, all plastic, but it actually works. You can adjust zoom and focus to small things. It's easiest if you put it down to the floor or ground, else it is a bit hard to get the focus right, but it is clearly a functional microscope.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering on Instagram. The ads looked great but unfortunately I ordered 12/9 it shipped 12/10 I still haven't received it. The shipping link doesn't link to anything. I've emailed them multiple times and no one has responded. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. AVOID THEM!!!

Is a possibility for a negative review number? In addition to the ridiculous delivery time, 12/12 to 1/2, when it finally arrived we put it in the batteries and nothing happens. Do not purchase this. The LED inside is so underpowered you can't see anything.

Ordered 7th December. Posting policy implied it was UK based as they had the shortest delivery time of 4 working days. Tracking number did not link to anything. Customer service ineffective. Eventually arrived on 30th December, courtesy of China. Poor quality product.

I have returned the goods (had to ship to USA!) and have stopped the charge on my credit card.

This is a SCAM guys , stay away , unfortunatly there is no legal measure taken against this scammers. With all the reports and reviews , stil nobody do anything... It is a shame

I ordered their product on 12/15/24 and on 1/2/2025 they claimed it was delivered. Their customer service stopped replying to my emails. This company is a scam!!!!

I ordered this at the beginning of December, it finally arrived after Christmas. I've tried to use it myself and I can't see anything. So my 4 year old has no hope. Absolute rubbish. Avoid.

5 star ratings are AI generated, I've ordered 2 on the Black Friday sales thinking it would arrive for Christmas but now it's 2025 and nothing yet.
I've tried many times to reach out to customer service but I never get a proper result, only auto-generated emails.

I'm having the same experience as may others. I ordered 3 for my kids and my niece on 12/8/24 with a "free gift" and "guaranteed holiday delivery or it's free!" Did not receive the order until 12/26 and there was no "free gift" and the microscopes are ridiculously cheap and not useful. Certainly not worth $75 and three weeks of shipping. I reached out to customer service for my refund since it did not arrive in time as guaranteed. Twice they've just sent me the same canned response with a link to my tracking information. I wish I would have googled further before purchasing :(

I am extremely dissappointed. I ordered 2 miniscopes before 21 days and I still didnt get anything, not even any update about order. I even paid for Holiday delivery guarantee, but it didnt help. I wanted it for Christmass :( I want my money back.

Beware of this company’s practices if you’re expecting what they promise. 1) The product itself is really simple and cheap. Many other options in the market which seem much better value for money (I made the mistake to research only after I’d purchased this one); 2) The “free gift” they advertise is a scam. No gift arrived with the purchase, so I’ve followed up 2x with customer service. Eventually they sent me… surprise: a 15% discount to buy the same product again! Is this a joke?? And finally 3) There is NO customer service. Their replies are always the same, an automated email. If you’re unsatisfied, tough luck, you’ve been lied to. Beware of the scam and check online for better options.
