I don't normally give feedback to companies when I buy products but on this occasion I had to contact YourImageOnCanvas to thank them for the canvases I ordered which surpassed anything I was expecting. The quality and craftmanship of the canvases I ordered (8 lots of 8x12") are superb. The colours reflected that of my original photos, were really well framed and look fantastic. It took 14 days from order to receipt which really isn't that long and believe me is well worth waiting for! A pity there isn't a 'Repeat my last order' button :-)

It was my first time using this service.but can not fault price or quality at all.was a bit unsure at first about ordering because of low price but i had nothing to worry about.will definatly be ordering again soon

I have never ordered from this company before and didn’t know what to expect. The company had advertised a discount code for their 12x8 Landscape canvases which brought the price down considerably - enough to take a risk anyway.
So I got to work searching through my online photo album to find special pictures that I wanted to replace on the walls of our home that were just large photos in frames that had been there for a good few years. Infact I had so many to choose that I had to forcibly stop myself looking for more after a week’s worth of searching and organising because my basket was GROWING larger by the day; I had also organised a few of the frames into collages to get the most out of them.

The order process was questionable at first; I had to call the company with a serious issue because when I had 12 pictures in my basket - which had taken most of the week to add because lots of people were obviously using the the discount code, All of a sudden my basket had apparently accrued over £1,500 worth of photos - AND THEY WEREN’T EVEN MINE!!! Listed after MY 12 pictures were hundreds of other people’s babies, children and families.
If I’m honest, I found it quite scary. I tried to delete them but they wouldn’t go; the basket price was staying at the ridiculously high price! I didn’t know what else to do, and then I began worrying that perhaps my photos were with someone else too! I worried even more because I had pictures of my children when they were young, others of them in the Army and also one taken in the Army with a member of the Royal Family. I then started to worry about the possibility of paedophiles having my photos!
I wrote a panicked message on the message board asking for someone to contact me ASAP, but it was late and I knew there wouldn’t be anyone there until the morning, so I held off adding anymore pictures to my basket and hoped someone would return my message in the morning.

When I came down to find that no-one had responded to my email yet, I called the phone number provided on the website immediately. The lady who answered the phone said that the website had crashed due to the sheer amount of traffic caused by the special offer - 400 extra orders in just a few days (*edit - I have just received a reply to my review from YIOC that it was actually 4000 orders in 24hrs - I must have misheard the lady....and I thought 400 was a lot!!!). She said that she had received numerous calls about the website being so slow, but NONE with the issues that I was describing, so hopefully that meant no-one had MY pictures. She also said that their company is ONLY available in the UK. The lady said that the only way to empty my basket of all these people’s photos was to delete my account completely from that end, which meant that my photos would be deleted too - my week’s worth of work trying to turn portrait photos into landscape ones, changing the sizes etc......I dreaded to have to do all of that again.
She then suggested that I leave it a couple of days before attempting to make another account and re-order because it may be easier.

So once all that was sorted out and I had made another account with the same details, I managed to add more pictures relatively easier this time because it wasn’t as slow, and then I finally placed my large order.
I had seen that other customers had said they had a very long wait for their canvases to arrive, so I was expecting a long wait. I was kept up to date via email at each stage of the process - ‘ordered’, ‘in production’, and ‘dispatched’.
From placing my order to receiving my canvases took 3 weeks. I can categorically say that EVERY SINGLE ONE of my prints have come out beautifully. I didn’t know what to expect at all; I certainly didn’t expect them to be as good as they are, so I thoroughly recommend this Company; just be prepared to wait if you have placed a large order or have ordered over a period when they are running an offer.

Fantastic customer service had a problem with my order ( my fault) resolved within 24 hours. 2nd time I've ordered would use again.

I have ordered from this company before so decided to order again, and I was not disappointed. Ordering and uploading is so easy, sadly they couldn’t deliver as I asked for, next day but they refunded my money for the extra postage and communications were great! They arrived the day after and they are brilliant! The quality is excellent... thank you once again xx

WORST COMPANY FOR PRINTING

Awful company and customer service is slow and unreasonable. Positioned my image on there POORLY designed website within the RED borders ( quote these are where the canvas will be folded)
Ordered for a mothers day gift - came with the text i had aligned on my image cut off and the CUT OUT LINES ON THE BACK were INCORRECTLY CUT.

Contacted them, been told I CANNOT get a refund because its PERSONALISED. Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 - They LEGALLY must provide my refund because my order wasn't fulfilled.

WASTE OF MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME USE PHOTOBOX OR SNAPFISH !!!

Wouldn't even give one star if possible, ordered from these fools on 21/3/19 for my daughter for a mother's day present, mother's day came no picture, contacted them after mothers day to cancel and asked for my money back, 2 days later they said its now dispatched, so I can't get my money, mother's day is over you fools, DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOOLS/CROOKS, this will most likely not be posted tho.

Placed an order for several canvases on 5th March, we are now in April and I still haven't received.
I emailed to query to say they had been send some time ago and when I replied to say I still haven't received and am still waiting for a reply 10 days later. Save your money and a lot of hassle and go elsewhere

Ordered 5 for mother's day gifts, was very dubious after reading some of the bad reviews. They arrived well packged and I am very happy I did order. They are all lovely, vibrant & well presented 👍🙌

I was fortune enough to take up special offer so ordered two canvases.
The website is easy to navigate and the sizes are clearly priced.
I am extremely happy with the quality of them and the delivery time was reasonable.
The packaging secure and clearly addressed.

Really bad quality canvas very dark and blurry. Asked them politely to either refund or send another canvas of better quality, they have refused saying it’s because of the pic I sent in, very baffling as when I uploaded pic it said 10/10 good. Do not order from them, it’s a waste of money!

Have ordered over 25 canvases from this company all at diffrent times. All hsve been amazing quality 😁 buy the quicker postage if your in a rush for them..highly recommend. Very cheap and reliable

I ordered 4 canvas's on a special offer and was a bit dubious about what the quality would be like. Anyway they arrived today and I must say that they are fabulous! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Delivery took a couple of weeks but I received regular emails and wasn't in any rush for them.

Over the last yr I have ordered numerous canvases in various sizes and they have all arrived safely - well packaged and a great customer service. Treat them nicely if you have reason to complain and they will do their utmost to rectify. I HAVE ONLY HAD TO DO THIS ONCE. I have ordered perhaps 30

This company is horrific!! Please dont make the mistake of ordering. Ordered 6 canvases, recieved only 3 five weeks after ordereding!!! Telling me i need to pay P&P for the other 3 to be sent!!!
