Your Image On Canvas Bewertungen 

Used these guys last year for images for Xmas presents and was very happy so decided to buy again this year. Ordered and received an email to say there was an issue with the images being received and could we email them over. Have done this and within 24hrs canvas' have been dispatched. Hoping they're here soon and as good as last year's. Unsure of why bad reviews as had no issues with customer service ourselves

The canvases were a couple of days late but they arrived well packaged and they look great. Good price and good communication when I did ask where they were. Would use again.

Still waiting for canvas. Ordered 7th nov rang twice to see where order is. Now told it’ll be with me on 25th November. When questioned why it has taken so long was informed there’s a lot of offers and there’s a back log.
I didn’t receive an offer and paid full price therefore my order should t be delayed
Terrible contact centre. Calls aren't always answered and phone just rings out. Emails are not replied to.
3 weeks for an 10 day delivery in today’s world is not good enough. USE A BETTER COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR ORDER

I always order my canvas prints through ‘Your image on a canvas’. They produce high quality canvases at a reasonable price and if there is ever an issue with quality they are keen to put it right. I would fully recommend them!

Ordered 3 canvases on the buy one get two free offer and they arrived the other day and are perfect. Will be ordering more! My only one gripe would be to ask if you could start sending out confirmation emails as I think this worries first time buyers 😁

I would just like to say thankyou so much for the eleven FANTASTIC canvas prints we received from you yesterday, e are over the moon with the look and quality. 10/10 we will be ordering many many more. I do NOT understand any of the negative reviews and can only assume that the people complaining did NOT follow the SIMPLE instructions..... once again thankyou so much :)

Ordered a canvas. Never arrived. Tried emailing with no response. Called both numbers and they hang after no pick up. Contacted them through PayPal with no response. Will escalate at the appropriate time and attempt to get a refund Have reported the company to Action Fraud - hopefully they will thoroughly investigate them.

I have written 6 e.mails and tried to call this company to cancel my order..I am having no response from them.. I made a mistake on the order and am not able to correct it anywhere.

All images were badly cropped even though I'd paid the extra for a white border to avoid cropping, the two coated images were dull and lifeless while the uncoated canvas had a dirty mark in one corner and the stretcher frames were made of cheap MDF and are so uneven that they show through the canvas. A complete waste of time and money with a company that doesn't respond to complaints.

Since posting this review they have finally replied, at first offering to reprint just one of the canvases, when I said that wasn't good enough they stopped redponding. I cannot stress this enough;- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they produce shoddy work and do not respond properly to complaints

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I can’t believe how amazing the pictures look on canvas just from an iPhone. The whole process was terrific. Great service, completely well informed all the way through and great prices. I will certainly be ordering from these guys again.

Having not waited long, I had five pictures on canvas arrive today. They were very well wrapped. They came with excellent fixings.
The quality is excellent and I am so very pleased with them.

I have tried calling several times for a delivery update and no one has picked up. I have also emailed but this could take 5 days and the canvas should have arrived - it's for a birthday present for 3 days' time. Not impressed
(2 DAYS AFTER THIS POST WAS WRITTEN: The canvas was delivered 9 days after ordering. Looks good quality. Customer service could still improve.

Communication has been non-existent, I have tried the telephone line during the opening hours, varying times a day on various days. I have also sent several emails which have all gone unanswered....

I placed the order some weeks ago and not had any confirmation of order, delivery date or acknowledgement of any of the emails

Maybe I can get a reply on here? Any sort of update would be appreciated because I am hoping that based on the quality of the canvas that arrives I can amend my review.

Do not use this company. I used with a discount thinking the image would be of a good quality when considering the canvas at full price. The image I used was high resolution taken on a flat camera...10/10 according to their quality check and was not zoomed in or altered. The canvas I received is dark and faces have no definition. The canvas isn't tightly wrapped on the frame and overall is poor. I emailed to complain and their response was that my image was the problem and they took no responsibility. Awful product and awful customer service.

I ordered 6 canvases . I paid around £18, the quality of these are amazing, I am over the moon with these. I will 100% use these again.

Just popping on here to see if I can get a reply. Made an order on the 19th August and have had no confirmation, no dispatch message and no reply to any of the messages I have sent. Order a canvas on my granddaughter to be sent to her parents as a surprise gift but nothing.

Maybe I can get a reply on here? Any sort of update would be appreciated because the dispatch times quoted by YIOC have been passed easily. I am hoping that based on the quality of the canvas that arrives I can amend my review.

No communication at all!!
I placed an order on the 17th of August, got a confirmation email then nothing!
There isn’t even a part on there website where you can track your delivery!
I’ve tried ringing both numbers on there website which no one has answered!
I highly doubt I will receive my pictures, so looks like I’ll be going through PayPal for a refund.
Not good

Exactly what I ordered has arrived, many thanks!

Update:
Emails recieved both when they started making the prints (about seven days after the order) and when they have been dispatched.

Thanks for responding to my review guys, I'll update again when they arrive, fingers crossed. :)

Earlier review:
I ordered 6 prints yesterday, recieved the confirmation email from PayPal that funds have been taken, but I've had NOTHING from the company themselves, not even a basic automatic, "thanks for your order". Went back on the website to see if there is a "my orders" part of the website, but there is not.

Tbh I'm really quite nervous and sceptical about it so far. I feel like I've taken a gamble with my money the hope that something good will come of it...

Will happily update this when (if) my order arrives.
