Reasonable quality canvas for the price. Get what you pay for. Postage quite expensive but arrived within the stated time scale.

Placed order promised in 7 days now over 14days seems they are no longer trading. no prints no refund.

Having used yourimageoncanvas a few times in the past few years and always been happy, I ordered a canvas over a month ago for a birthday present.
Hasnt turned up! Tried ringing the premium rate phone number on website, says number disconnected but still got charged 60p to call it. Emailed them, bounced back the next day! Messaged on Facebook, no answer.
Absolutely disgusting that their website is still taking orders and payments but providing no goods. Doesn’t look like the business is operating anymore.

An excellent company at amazing prices.
I bought a number of landscape scenes showing the surrounding area of my cottage, superb.
Its an area of natural beauty and image on canvas brought this out
Communication was swift friendly and to the point.

The canvases eventually turned up (albeit 6 weeks late!). Ended up having to rush about sorting other gifts for Christmas.
Images where washed out & it has been impossible to contact them throughout the whole time.
I did receive a text saying my items had been posted - a week after they arrived (face palm & head shake followed).

I have used this company for a long time now and have always been well happy with their work and delivery, but since they have updated their website I cannot even access it, it will not except my email address not even to reset my password 😡😡

Absolutely rubbish, never answer emails, msgs and when my canvas did eventually arrive after nearly a month it was rubbish the image was blued even though the photo was given a 10/10. I have put in a PayPal dispute but I doubt they will reply anyway.

Something has gone badly wrong with this company. I have been a customer for many years, and never had problems before, but this time the canvas I received was appalling. The 'new'website won't even let me log in and check the status of my orders, and when I tried to email them to complain the email delivery failed (Fault their end). I tried ringing instead but my mobile (thankfully) stalled me by telling me I'd need more credit to ring a premium number. YES, A PREMIUM NUMBER IS THE ONLY WAY OF CONTACTING THESE JOKERS!!!
This cannot be the same people it used to be. They used to be a great little company for getting canvases made, but not anymore. I'm going to have to find an alternative vendor because I'm never going to use Your Image on Canvas again. AVOID!!

Terrible company
Next-Day order arrived 2 weeks later
Poorly constructed MDF frame and 'canvas' not stretched properly. No instruction how to fix the hangers.
What seems to be staples are showing through in the corners.
Emails remain unanswered and I was cut off of live chat as 'this is for sales only'

I have used 'Your Image On Canvas' for many years now with never a problem so have not needed to contact their customer support before. However, my last order of 7 canvases were good as usual except one which had a crease across the canvas. I sent a photograph of the problem to customer support who responded within an hour saying a replacement would be sent out urgently. This they did and I received the replacement in less than a day. This is how all customer support departments should operate. It was inconvenient having the problem, which may even have happened in the post, but these things happen. What I wanted was a timely resolution and 'Your Image On Canvas' certainly delivered, with no argument, and extremely fast.

I have been so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from this company when I had a query. They were prompt in dealing with my request and extremely helpful. When my canvas came, it was excellent quality and I am really pleased. My experience has been excellent. Thank you.

Having received my order from these, the canvas is poor its not been stretched properly, there is a dent in the canvas, my 2 year old grandson could have done a better job than this.
Seriously don't waste your money pay more and go elsewhere you get what you pay for.

This company is crap !!! Asked 4 a refund no reply ... scammers ... DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE ...

Wow a great company to deal with, my print had some lines on a sent an email with a photo and I got another within a week.

My girlfriend had ordered 3 prints all different images, two arrived on the same day which exactly the same then a third came which was different but the completely wrong frame which had came apart in the packaging. This had been mixture of cheap materials and complete incompetence, i would recommend that you do not use this company.

Really disappointed with the Canvas that arrived. The photo I sent was Bold and Glossy . What I got in return was a poor , dull piece of tat . It looked shocking , you could even see the imprint of the wood frame , showing through I sent the same picture to another company and got a brilliant Canvas back. Definitely wouldnt recomend this company .
