Stephen was doing the survey on my Mum's house. I asked if he was available to do the survey for the house she was buying. She was a little bit anxious after living there for 48 years. Stephen put her at ease, was very professional, thorough and a very nice and respectful man. Buying a house it is a daunting experience so to have someone who knows how to check out all the pitfalls and give you clear and concise advice, is the best thing. To also be able to explain the problems and costs involved is worth every penny. Stephen offered a great service and is a very helpful pleasant person.
