Through SAM conveyancing, I engaged Albright Surveyors to do a building survey. The surveyors organised the survey very quickly were professional throughout. Their report was quite detailed and it met our expectations.

On requesting a quote, I had a call and email outlining the services and price within an hour. The survey was then booked in within 3 workning days. On the day of the survey, the surveyor gave me a call to give me the headlines and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. He promised the report would be prepared within 5 working days - we received it after 3. Great service - would definitely recommend.

The Surveyor called me directly after he was done with his work to provide initial feedback on key areas. Report followed within 4 working days and is very detailed.
