Liam has installed our practice in London today and the whole thing went ahead very easily and didn't disrupt us at all.
He took his time to go through the new phones and apps on our computers to make sure we were happy with using them and didn't rush us at all. We love how easy all the new features we have are and that the new phones work with EXACT to bring up our patients information to help find the files very quickly.

The installation team were friendly, efficient, professional, clean and tidy.

We’ve been with Yotelecom, our telephone provider for the past four years, and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Recently, we upgraded our telephone system to support the expansion of our dental practice, and the whole process was seamless.

A big shout-out to Liam, the engineer who carried out the installation. He was incredibly diligent and completed the work with hardly any disruption to our day-to-day operations. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work, which is always a breath of fresh air.

Liam also went above and beyond by staying to provide some training to our new receptionist, making sure they were comfortable with the new system. His work ethic and commitment to customer service are truly commendable.
Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable telephone provider.
