Liam Joe and Khan have been at our…

Liam Joe and Khan have been at our hotel The Cheshire hotel in London, installing new WiFi through the whole building which has been working amazing and also allows our guests to log in and leave us reviews. They also have installed new phones for our business which are a lot more modern and helps sound much more professional when someone calls us.

Home manager Hollies.

Jamie was very informative, helpful when fitting us with our new phone system informing us when the phone lines would go down for about half an hour and then when he upgraded our internet system.

Don't make this mistake.

I'm a dentist and the owner of small family run dental practice, and I’ve never felt more let down by a telecom provider. After being strong-armed into Yo Telecom’s migration agreement in December 2023 (I was told the previous owner would face personal liability if I refused), our phones have repeatedly silently died & we have hours of complete outage. In a small dental surgery, every lost call means patients can’t book urgent appointments, emergency enquiries go unanswered, and our hard-won reputation takes a hit.

I’ve read Yo Telecom’s Terms & Conditions, SLA, Complaints and Fairness policies inside out, and I know my rights: I am entitled to hourly compensation for every hour of downtime, can terminate for material breach, and can take this to the Communications Ombudsman or Ofcom if needed.

Despite promises of 99.9% uptime “with reasonable skill and care,” they have delivered a pattern of failures, unfulfilled promises at point of sale, and opaque “settlement quotes” when I dared to complain.

Fellow dental practice owners I’ve spoken with (online and at dental events) tell me they’ve faced the same nightmare: smooth-talking sales reps, downtime, and quick to blame owners. Take it from us: if you value patient safety and your practice’s reputation, avoid Yo Telecom at all costs.

I’ll be exercising my rights and I won’t hesitate to escalate to the Ombudsman or Ofcom if their assurance isn’t forthcoming. For any small business owner, especially in healthcare, reliable comms are vital. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Proactive and responsive

Marvin Legara’s communication has been excellent throughout our project. Although we encountered some complications with engineers along the way, Marvin was always prompt in resolving issues and proactive in working with us to get things back on track. We’re especially grateful for his flexibility and support as our home building plans developed and our needs changed. Thank you, Marvin!

Awful experience to date

We have had a dreadful experience to date with Yo Telecom. The sales person visited us and filled us with confidence about the service that would be provided and so we signed up for a phone contract for our company. This stage of the process was very efficient as there were clearly sales targets that needed met. That was over 2 months ago and they have not yet managed to get our lines up and running (we were under the impression it would happen within days). They invoiced us for 6 weeks when they hadn't provided any service to us. The onboarding team are not responding to emails. Their internal communication is poor as they keep asking us for the same information. It is utterly frustrating and I am struggling to understand how the experience of others leaving a review is so vastly different from our experience.

Care home resident's phone

Yo Telecom may have corporate clients, but they also deal with individuals. My mother is in a care home and needed a telephone in her room. Landlines are history now, but I was advised to contact Yo Telecom. I dealt with a young man called Jack who was really helpful and got it all set up in no time. It required a special adaptor to be programmed and sent to the home, so she could use the phone she was used to. (important, as she struggles with technology)
It was followed up by contact from the tech team to ensure it was all running well. I have to say the whole company seems very professional, and friendly. I would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic work

Johnathon & Johnathon carried out work in our care home over a period of 4 days, they were fantastic, very happy and got on with the job in hand, tidied up after themselves and were a great pair to work with.

This company has been harassing my…

This company has been harassing my business for months. They lie to our receptionists, pretending to have meetings arranged with management etc. This is not a company worth trusting.

Yo telecom have flagged my review as 'illegal, containing illegal content'
Sums up the company.

They are still harassing my business in Glasgow and have actually now started spamming us with letters

Fast, efficient and friendly customer service

Yo Telecom have been our internet and phone line providers for several years now. As a small business, communication is really important to us. We recently had an issue with our internet and it was efficiently resolved by the very understanding Shannon with the utmost professionalism. Dreadful company
