Buenas tardes, lo primero decirle que lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas.
Dicho esto, la única manipulación que tuvo la botella por nuestra parte fue sacarla de su caja para embalarla y hacérsela llegar, como se aprecia en las fotos que nos envío y pudo usted mismo comprobar como le explico nuestro agente de Atención al Cliente mediante el código QR de la destilería.
Nos tomamos muy en serio las devoluciones y por ello cumplimos la ley a rajatabla, sin importar si paga por PayPal, tarjeta o transferencia bancaria.
Por último sentimos mucho que haya tenido tantas experiencias negativas comprando online, tanto con nosotros como con el resto de empresas valoradas por usted en esta plataforma.

Do NOT trust this shop. Extra charges
Do NOT trust this shop please. They deliberately exclude VAT at checkout hiding the whole bill from you so after you receive what you ordered you will get an additional bill from UPS with extra charges and (even better) you can't pay it online so I just spent 2 hours waiting at the UPS call center to pay the VAT that they hide from you. A horrible experience. Don't trust them, what you see at checkout is misleading and it's not the whole bill.

No transparency regarding true total cost.
I am echoing the experience of the previous 1 star review. If you buy into the UK you are charged for the product and carriage. However the import charge is not made clear at all. It's hidden away in the "small print", clearly intentionally not transparent. To me the cost is £269 and not known to me till the delivery and the doorstep demand. Had i been aware it would have been "no sale" and i'm sure this company know this. My advice, do not use until you establish the full cost prior to purchase.

Exuberant Tax Charge -UK
Please do not use this company within the United Kingdom. I recently placed an order with them at a cost of approximately €250 and agreed to pay the shipping of €111 on top of this. What wasn’t apparent at the point I made the purchase was that I was also liable for the Tax charge coming into the UK at a cost of £129 and the courier company UPS would not leave my goods unless I paid this fee. On contacting Yo Pongo el Hielo their explanation was that this is mentioned separately under their FAQs. However they did agree to return the costs minus the delivery costs, return courier costs and tax. How helpful ? Please consider this extra charge before purchasing as I would not have made this purchase. This fee should be more transparent when making a purchase on their website. The premise that this company is supplying genuine drinks at cheaper prices is not true in my case.
