Cheryl and the team have worked tirelessly to find not only a mortgage deal, but the right mortgage deal for us.

Moving is of course stressful but those at Yes Financial did all the hard work allowing me to just get on with life, they also kept me well informed of what was happening.

Steve Wand from Yes Financial was the person who gave me hope while I was only dependent on benefit income. He and his team helped me all the way through getting Mortgage in October 2024 and then chasing solicitors etc for completing which continued untill April 2025.

Very engaging on the fact find phone call. Professional, friendly, and upbeat about my chances. Received a follow up email requesting certain docs which I sent by reply immediately. Then ghosted. No reply. Obviously not worth the effort because my case was quite complex, but a bit disappointing.

Absolutely unstoppable team, first Jennie Oaks keeping my application on track with great due diligence. Then there’s no such thing as can’t or give up! Despite all the hurdles and obstacles in my very particular, difficult case the girls at yes financial services particularly super Sue Bruns and Emma Glass would not give up until they got my mortgage despite all odds been against it.
