Mike and Rachel have been amazing throughout the process of our remortgage. They helped massively with all problems we encountered and literally sorted every single one out. Highly recommend! As first time buyers, we weren’t really sure where to start, but Thomas has made the whole mortgage process so much easier and less stressful. Any questions we had, he would always explain everything in detail. He kept in contact throughout, kept us updated every step of the way and was always there whenever we needed help. We first visited Mike in November 2024 for some advice and told us to come back in a year and see where we are, a year later November 2025 we went back and we were ready and Mike did everything in his power for us, arranging our mortgage, insurance, advice on our next steps & doing the calls and chasing for us!
