Extremely poor quality and not as described. We ordered goods from this company in about 2013 - we got cushions and were delighted with the result. A few weeks ago I ordered 2 new ones for our 2 new puppies. Firstly they were not personalised although they were meant to be. Secondly the quality of the sewing was so poor I’m sure a 5-year-old could return a better result. Disappointed and obviously this company is not producing the quality it used to. I won’t be ordering again! Waiting to see if they will refund ….

This company has recently started up
again after a break. I had previously purchased several Yappy items for my own pet and as gifts for others and was very pleased with the quality and service.
I was very disappointed to hear they had ceased trading.

So when I received an email stating they were back trading I was delighted. I immediately ordered a bag that was personalised to my dog. The bag turned up today after having to chase it and was informed it had been dispatched but was over a week late.
The bag is nowhere near the quality of the one I purchased before Yappy stopped trading. It was of poor material quality and really looked cheap and tacky. Not what you would expect for over £20. The material was of a nylon feel and very thin. In my opinion it’s not fit for purpose and I was just thankful I had not ordered this as a gift for someone and it was for my own use. The previous one is still going strong and I’ve had many comments on how good it looks.
If the rest of the “new” Yappy products are anything like this then they will be folding again. Extremely disappointed. Needless to say I shan’t be purchasing anything again.

Acknowledged for delivery by the 6th. Still not received and no update received despite 2 emails chasing up.
Very poor service - now 5 days overdue and still no idea when order will be received.

I’ve used Yappy several times in the past for dog-loving friends and family and have always been happy with the results — until this order. The print of my dog looks noticeably paler than the same design on a different background, and although I ordered the bright blue background (which I’ve previously had and loved), I received a violet one instead. Customer Services advised that even if the item were reprinted, they still wouldn’t be able to provide the bright blue background I originally ordered. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why it’s being sold as an option.
Unfortunately, this experience has really disappointed me, and I won’t be ordering from Yappy again.

Ordered 3 items but when order arrived one item was missing, tried to contact via email but no response so having to go through a charge back process.....Very poor customer services who don't reply to your emails....won't be ordering again

Ok I have checked my emails incase I missed or deleted them and nothing, no email received so take it your lying. They are also now unable to fulfill my order which was a Christmas present....Very poor customer service as been happy with previous items I had ordered, but won't be using again.

Brilliant company. The customer service is exemplary. I didn’t receive my order due to my mistake but Yappi sent out another order free of charge to my surprise. I haven’t seen the books yet, but will definitely use the company again 👍

I made a mistake on the spelling on a personalised item, and although it is stated clearly these can’t be corrected as production starts immediately, I did manage to contact a customer service person who did intervene and managed to get it changed. The item arrived on time and is superb quality (a dog breed cushion). I will definitely recommend and use again

I selected the advent calendar with one of the icons offered, what was not made clear is that this particular icon was unlikely to produce a clear picture on this particular item! I have therefore paid for effectively a 'grey blob' rather than a dogs face as per the offer! Company have refused to replace or refund. Customer satisfaction very low on the agenda!

I have ordered numerous items from Yappy.com and found the service impeccable. Items are of high quality and are very good value for money. Delivery is quick and the company are very approachable and helpful. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I ordered 2 items just because of delivery charges so ordered all at once. The first thing arrived the day after I chased delivery. The second part said it would be delivered in a couple of days. It didn’t arrive we were in all day. When I checked it said Royal Mail had tried to deliver & it had been refused delivery!
I have emailed several times & get told they are sending a replacement but a week has passed & still no delivery. So I wouldn’t bother again. I’m really unlucky when I order online. Between the companies, Royal Mail & other couriers it’s a joke. I’m off to the shops from now on.

The thing I love about Yappy is every single item is unique. I have bought mugs, bandanas and more and will be looking at a Christmas jumper this year.
