My overall experience with my car being shipped from out of state was very good. Jerry’s communication with me was excellent. He made sure the operation was running as planned & on schedule. One hiccup was the driver arrived at the classic car dealer with the wrong type of trailer. It was an open trailer & I requested a closed trailer. After the sales manager spoke with the driver & Jerry the issue was taken care of. The driver arrived the next day with a closed trailer, Jerry made sure of it. My car arrived earlier than planned which was great. The driver didn’t speak much English & he used his phone translator, which was fine. We were able to make things happen. The driver made sure the car arrived in the same condition as when he picked it up at the dealer.

My first time to have a vehicle shipped.Didn’t know what to expect. Eddie was very helpful. He was very easy to work with and was on top of his job. I would use him again. Truck driver was also very helpful. The car wouldn’t start because of dead battery and had to pull it off of trailer. He was helpful in getting that done.

Alex Cole the point of contact for organizing my vehicle delivery did a great job of communicating we me throughout the process. The vehicle was delivered on the day they committed to in excellent condition. The price was very competitive and definitely one of the lower quotes I received. One opportunity for improvement would be a bit more “real-time” updates on the day of delivery. It would be great if we could get updates about the drivers location. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
