What an amazing service. I was very stressed in the beginning as my car was stranded and I had to travel to a different state and they made the process very easy and simple for me and I was able to get the best price. I'm very thankful to the whole team especially David Thompson who Ensured everything was done safely.

We had a fantastic experience working with David T from XPromo Transport. We shipped a UTV 393 miles from a dealer in Ohio without any issues! Communication from David was exceptional! Alex Cole delivered early and the item shipped was in excellent condition.

I recently needed to transport a high end vehicle from Novi, MI to Eastern PA. Alex at Xpromo made me feel comfortable that he could handle it for me. He kept in touch through the process and all went as planned. The driver communicated with me and was careful. I would call Alex the next time I need a transport.

Alex was very prompt, courteous and straightforward. Honest pricing and the car was delivered ahead of schedule

They said they were on their way to pickup on a Wednesday, ended up never showing up, and wouldn't return texts and calls. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I got a great guy to do my delivery for half the cost and he picked up and delivered all in the same 24hr window.

Edit after response: 2 weeks later is not promptly informing someone about an accident. The only reason you ever got back to me was because I posted a bad review. Well, if the driver did truly get in an accident I'm sorry for that, but you should have let me know (sometime before 2 weeks had passed) so I could make other arrangements accordingly. And that still doesn't change the experience that I had. Bad communication and a HIPPA violation to boot. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Also, not even sure how they got my information to begin with. I made a post on uship but it doesn't give out your number unless you accept a bid. So add that to the list of grievances.

Alex Cole was extremely helpful in transporting my vehicle from Houston to MD. This was my first time getting my car shipped, and I was a little nervous. However, Alex did an amazing job with staying in contact with me and keeping me updated throughout the process. After my vehicle was delivered safe and sound and followed up with a phone call to ensure everything went smoothly. I will most definitely recommend this company in the future to anyone shipping their vehicle. My car arrive a day earlier than promised!! :)

I may have asked for the impossible, but David made it happen. I called him on Monday and asked if he could get a new car moved from Weatherford Texas to Lake of the Ozarks no later than 10am on Thursday, oh and it couldnt be picked up before Tuesday afternoon. He didn’t miss a beat and said absolutely. Guess what, it arrived on Thursday at 9am in perfect time and flawless condition.

This makes the second time he has done this for me, the previous was on a motorcycle.

David is my 100% my go to guy.

David was very helpful and able to assist me with transporting my two cars and my lawn mower. The service was great and he was able to keep the pickup and delivery schedule that I was requesting. This move has been very busy and stressful at times but due to David's assistance the vehicle transport was a breeze. David was always respectful, polite and professional.
