This is my first time purchasing with XPole and I’m super excited about what I’m getting! The process with FedEx has been slightly frustrating as I’ve missed two delivery attempts. I contacted XPole and spoke to both Melissa and Carolina and oh my goodness. They’re amazing! They made the process way less stressful and answered all my questions. Carolina even 3 way called with FedEx to sort this out for me. I’m so so happy that I chose them to purchase from! They are so supportive and I couldn’t be happier! Thank y’all so much!!

Happy with my purchase. There is a bit of a wait due to the holiday season, among other reasons,which they let you know about up front. Customer service via email has been great. The Customer Service Associate was Melissa M, she was amazing. She was knowledgeable, helpful and she made sure all of my questions were answered. I had more questions once I got my pole and Melissa gave me a call to help me understand the installation process. She went above and beyond. The set up was easier than I expected.

I excitedly ordered a pole and the website told me I did not need any additional extensions despite me putting in my ceiling measurements MULTIPLE times and with different ceiling heights, to make sure that I was correct in not needing an extension piece. I did not feel like waiting for another order or another piece that might be missing. I then proceeded to wait 11 days for my pole.
I finally got it today and to my surprise, the pole DOES need an extension piece and did not fit my ceiling at all. They failed to let me know that they were OUT of extension pieces and their page mistakenly told me “no additional extensions needed. I did not receive ANY email at ANY point indicating there were missing pieces for my product.
I call the company and they are apparently out of stock. How are you selling poles without extension pieces? You make your customers wait for their product for them to find out they can’t use it, because of a missing piece. If you as a company don’t have all of the parts of the product, please stop advertising that you do. It is deeply frustrating as a customer. What you should do is take the product off the site until you have ALL the necessary pieces.

Customer service does not exist- they are impossible to reach, they’ve had my money for literal months and I can’t reach anyone. I got an email from some other website asking me for a photograph of my driver’s license and my social security number- WHAT?! I’ve never been asked to divulge personal information to order a freaking stripper pole! At this point I just want my money back but no one will answer my emails.

Carolina was very helpful when I had a double charging issue on my card. She called me back in a timely manner especially since I live in Canada and X-Pole headquarters are in the U.S. Phenomenal job! She was fast and efficient. I can't wait for my order to arrive.
12 weeks later
I ordered an Xpert pro pole mid November, and was emailed the following day saying the pole was currently out of stock and it would likely be a month before it arrived, I understand the pandemic has caused havoc for companies getting and shipping stock, however it would have been nice to be aware before I placed my order, a few days later a notice was put on the website regarding stock delays
The pole arrived and was installed mid December, seemed great however when I put the pole onto static the pole continued to spin slightly, I replied to the email address that had originally contacted me with a video and was forwarded to the technical team who within 12 hours or so of my original email said they would send me a replacement part which I was happy with, I took the pole down a few days later as the problem was getting worse, expecting the part to arrive shortly after
After a month I hadn’t received the replacement part so emailed the technical team asking for an update, after waiting for almost two weeks for a response I emailed the original email address that had contacted me, again asking for an update, this time I received a response within 48hours informing me that the order had been placed the previous day due to lack of stock, I received a shipping notification shortly after
I love the x lock feature, it makes the pole so easy to use, and having used x poles in the past I decided to purchase my own for home, however I’m disappointed by the lack of transparency around stock levels, and seeing other reviews detailing the same fault my pole has is concerning, it’s now been 12 weeks since I placed my order and I still don’t have a fully functioning pole, however I’m sure once the replacement part arrives I will be more than happy with the product

I kept having call connection issues where the XPole number was showing up as No Caller ID and was not allowing me to answer incoming calls from Carolina, but she was relentless and did not rest until my order issue was rectified. She was incredible, accommodating, and deserves a raise! She worked with me over a two-day period and even emailed me while we were still having trouble. She is awesome!

I ordered a pole through the website and was informed that there was a glitch in the system and that the 40mm is not offered in stainless steel. Carolina contacted me promptly to discuss other options assisted in placing a new order for the 45mm in stainless steel and did not upcharge me for the price difference. Thanks again. Christmas X-Pole Mix Up
I received an X-Pole as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the wrong one had been shipped. I received the correct shipment 5-6 days after reaching out to X-Pole via email. I had further questions/concerns and I had the privilege of speaking to Melissa Mares. She was the sweetest customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of hearing from. On top of her care and consideration she assured me a promotional bonus gift. 12/10 on the customer service scale; X-Pole is an amazing company.
