Love the support at xneelo, they are always on point. I might have to pay a little more than other hosting providers, but the customer support is well worth it. The response time is super fast and its 24/7 and super competent. Allowing me not to not waist time and loose productivity. Tristan sorted my complex issue out today in less than 15 minutes. Xneelo, give tristan a raise!!!

I've only ever experienced exceptional support from Xneelo and have been with them since the Hetzner days.
Izak especially recently assisted me with a hosting and billing issue (that turned out to be my own mistake), yet resolved this without any complaints and sorted out the entire problem we were experiencing quickly and effectively.

The best hosting company in South Africa
Xneelo, you are honestly the best hosting company I have ever used (I've been through a lot of them). Your chat service is instant, the support consultants are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I never wait in a long queue, and it's very easy to get in contact with a real person. Your servers are always extremely reliable (I have about 200 websites hosted at Xneelo in total across various accounts) and they NEVER crash due to high load. I like that you are actually constantly improving your products and services, and I dream of joining your SWE team one day. It must be heaven working there. Thanks to Tristan for the quick help and for reminding me to review you guys, and thanks to Xneelo for actually caring about their customers.
