I bought a xidax about 5-6 years ago and it’s been flawless for the most part. I’ve had a few little software issues and the team has gotten right on it to help me out.

I originally bought a xidax for two reasons - it seemed like everyone I knew gaming was getting one, and I was impressed by Xidax's reputation for tech support, and that they offered financing that I could afford. I had begun dabbling in 3d art such as daz studio, and rendering the objects I was creating made massive amounts of heat.
I ordered my custom laptop right before thanksgiving, and due to the holiday rush, it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive.
The laptop I received was a Ferrari. And it served me really well until windows just took a hiccup and went downhill. I knew I needed to reinstall windows. Aspen was the poor being that got the dubious pleasure of helping me. We persevered over 4 days, and when my newly imaged laptop was beginning to get cranky, Aspen was there again to help.
Aspen is the only reason I didn't have to ship my laptop back. And they went above and beyond. Kudos to xidax for having a work environment that a technician could spend so much time helping. That's unheard of these days.

My PC had a serious error and became completely unusable to the point it had to be wiped clean. Cole was detailed, patient, and extremely helpful in troubleshooting the issue and getting my computer back in a workable state.

I had this really weird situation where chrome would not open up at all. After several hours of trying to fix it, Aspen managed to get a fix in that wouldn't need a complete reinstall!

Absolutely the worse company
Absolutely the worse company. Got one for 8k for a Christmas gift 2024. Sent back because it wasn't right. Got it back and its still not right. Makes a horrid noise because of the fan, does cool correctly because they put in the cheapest they had instead of the correct one that was ordered. Emailed, called even messaged on Facebook. Jesse said hed make it right,promised he'd send out a new fan and the right cooler. Nothing done and They blocked me so I can't message them now. Shitty company, shitty customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am now dealing with the BBB to try and get something done.

Customer service is fantastic. I did have some overheating issues with my system and did have to send it back twice that's the only reason it's not a 5 star, but they were so quick with repairs each time and communicated with me the whole time. Will definitely be using them in the again in the future!

Technical supports fast and simple answers
Aspen at Xidax technical support helped me figure out what some stuff ment on my delivery and how to track how long it would take. He also knew how to helped me help him in finding all the stuff he needed. I also loved the fact that he gave me the straight forward answers I wanted and not some random complicated mumbo that other technical support just loves to give people. Worked with Aspen as my four year old PC had started to experience some frame rate issues. Turns out I had some driver updates including some for the BIOS that I hadn’t done in a little while. Updating those along with some additional settings management has increased my performance, and on top of that he took the time to explain what he was doing (since I was curious) and explain to me what the future looks like for my rig. I appreciate the help a ton, not only from Aspen but from Xidax in general!

I had to send in my pc after my 3080 died on me. Pc got damaged in shipping they replaced my case psu and since they didn't have any 3080s to replace mine with i got upgraded to a 3090 no extra charge. Jorell Croft handled my repair was consistent with the updates awesome service from these guys.

I have recently been having issues with my desktop, and after troubleshooting to no avail, I decided to call in.
I got lucky enough to speak with Cole Tuplin, and he took action. We scheduled time for the following day to see if he could troubleshoot from his end (I know enough to fix most issues). He and I connected the following day and he was able to remote in and see what issues could be identified via the remote login.
Ultimately, we decided my PC needed to be sent in as the issue was not something that could be fixed remotely (more likely hardware-related).
Cole was very informative, addressed my (many many) questions, and was respectful of my time (during my lunch hour). He was able to get all necessary shipping details sent to me while still on the phone, and I couldn't be happier.
While I will have a hard time being off the PC for a little while (back to PS5 for now I guess ;-) ), knowing folks like Cole work at Xidax is reassuring.
