While trying to get a hold of Xidax on the phone proved to be quite the challenge, reaching out on the chat system connected me with Aspen and they were quick to help me figure out why the PC I ordered on 2/19 still had not shipped by 2/24. She quickly resolved the issue and communicated effectively with me on what was being done.

As of today, $465.36 in earned affiliate commissions remains unpaid without any clear contractual or policy-based justification.
The orders in question were:
Valid
Properly tracked
Generated through legitimate promotional efforts
There has been:
No documented violation
No formal dispute notice
No policy citation explaining the withholding
When a company retains earned commissions without transparency, it raises serious concerns about compliance, commercial integrity, and good-faith partnership obligations.
The continued lack of resolution only deepens those concerns.
All communication records and transaction evidence have been preserved. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with further escalation, which may include:
Filing formal regulatory complaints
Seeking legal consultation regarding contractual enforcement
Notifying affiliate networks and commercial partners
Expanding public documentation of this case
At this stage, the issue is no longer about $465.36.
It is about accountability and whether affiliate partners are treated fairly and transparently.
I strongly advise current and potential affiliates to evaluate risk carefully.

So I've been a Xidax customer for about ten years. Bought my son a gaming computer and since it was so great, when it came time for me to buy myself one I did. Then I bought a laptop too. After seven or eight years, my desktop was slowing down so I went right back to the people who make great computers and bought a new desktop. I've never needed support until now. I kept getting booted from the internet and I work from home so this is a problem. I emailed over and got hooked up with Aspen who quickly took control of my computer.
