Communication with customer service is terrible. It took 2 months to finally get refunded for a return (order was placed in around August 20th)because they sent an exchange when I requested a return. Definitely won't be buying from this company again.

I love my shoes!! it's so hard finding a pair of shoes that doesn't squeeze me to death, but these really eliminated that issue for me. I'm going to be buying winter boots next!

I had a few questions about sizing before purchasing. The team provided prompt and helpful advice. The shoes I purchased were the right fit and received promptly. Would certainly buy from them again

I have wide feet with high arches and have had a torn tendon in my foot. These were the first shoes I could wear for several hours with no pain.

I should be paid for the time I had to spend getting a refund from you. Also, I started getting fraud calls after my purchase. I think your system is corrupt and you are all a bunch of crooks!

The customer service has been fine and helpful. My issue is more with the quality of shoes. I ordered 2 pairs for my wedding to choose from and honestly would've sent them both back if i had more time. They look beautiful but my issue is with the fact that they look beat up after even just trying on. The white patent leather is annoying in that it is already getting those bent lines from wearing the shoe. After wearing for 5 mins. I cant imagine how they will look if wearing multiple times.

The shoes are really well made and the customer service is great. The only issue is knowing the correct shoe size and the long shipping window. If you can get past those two things, these are good shoes!

I'm a repeat customer! It's so hard to find true wide width shoes that are actually stylish. Too often, I'm squeezing into a shoe that's wider than normal but not quite wide enough. And almost nothing other than chunky sneakers truly gives me the room I need, and those obviously don't work for every outfit. I bought the Charlie boat shoes and Lana ruched loafer this time for work. The boat shoes have that classic look, with real leather that will age well with wear. The loafers are super cute and streamlined but don't pinch my toes, and will be a work staple.

Fit is great. I needed shoes for a wedding and I struggle to find heels and flats that fit. I got really cute sling back chunky heels that fit my wide feet. Plus size approved!

Quality of these shoes are unmatched!

I had such a great experience with Wydr Studios. It was my first time using Wydr. I had purchased a pair of shoes for my mom and unfortunately the shoe was to flat. I had requested a return label realizing after I was out of the return window. I pleaded my case that shoes were not worn and I still had the original packaging they came in. I was willing to take a store credit too. To me it was a waste to have these shoes and no one was going to wear them. The customer service at Wydr decided I could send them back. I appreciated that they were willing to listen and reconsider. They were kind and understanding and these are qualities that you don’t see enough of in corporate America. I will be sure to make a purchase in the future and refer Wydr to friends and family. Thank you again!

I can't comment on returns, because I haven't returned a single pair of shoes since I started purchasing from Wydr! I have small but extra wide feet, and so far everything I've purchased has fit well, and been very comfortable. I've purchased platform sandals, flats, boots, and their sneakerina. Great selection, quick shipping on most items, and great quality.

I have now ordered three different pairs of shoes from Wydr. My shoes have always been ugly and practical, too long to get them wode enough, because I have double wide feet and bunions and no one was making cute, affordable shoes, high-quality shoes that could accommodate them. Wydr has changed the game - I am eyeing a fourth pair now! The shipping was prompt and the shoes packaged so well. I also love the inclusion of different millimeter cushions for the inside of the shoe, so I can customize then even further for the perfect fit!

Customer service was incredible. The fit and style were perfect. I wore them on a night out. Lots of standing and walking and they were very comfortable. Feet didn’t hurt at all. No need the break in. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
