This company is 100% a scam. The CEO and others will try to sell you on the fact that they can edit videos. This company is not what you think it is. They will pitch you on this fact that they will do so many videos for so little money. THat's a great offer, but the reality is they will take so long that you will go no videos. It is a waste of time.

They are boardline scammer, i wanted to cancel as I have no content ,they stop replying ,they basically stop 150$ ,use fiver or unworka because you cannot get your money back, they are horrible at editing, worst experience, do not use them , i wish I could upload images of the experience

This company is a fraud. They make poor quality content, and I don’t say that because i’m a difficult person, I say that because I try editing myself and it was better than them.

- The subtitles of our edited was writed like that -> HeLlO mY nAmE is HkG

- the cut was like 1-2 second off

- the edited image and sound was horrible

- worse edit I see in my life, even worse than a construction guy trying to learn the internet

And when I tell them i want a better version of the edit because it’s terrible, they say they can’t do other than that and they will send us our money back but then they deleted you from the slack channel with them and doesn’t send you the money back.

Consistent with the other 1-star reviews, this company definitely over-promises during onboarding and severely under-delivers once you're in.

Look elsewhere. The cheap price becomes an expensive cost to your business through time wasting and lack of quality.

Absolute Scam.
Paid in full and was completely ghosted.
Not a single video delivered nothing but excuses and lies.
Their so-called “professional communication” is a joke they vanish for weeks at a time, maybe sending one vague reply every fortnight if you’re lucky.
Do not believe a single word they say. They’ll take your money and disappear.

Absolute scam - They have a comprehensive list of requirements to begin the onboarding package and upon submission, they will take 4-5 days to deliver extremely horrendous edits test reels that follow none of the instructions you have provided them with. They sent me 4 edits of a test video that looked like they were just dropped into an ai editing program which spat out a random and non-cohesive video. I asked for a refund on multiple occasions and they have not responded. They are scammers - do not waste your time.

These guys are TIER ONE SCAMMERS.

I paid $600 for 120 long form content, the examples they showed me on the call were high quality like the ones on their site - they sent ONE back and it was the worst reel I have ever seen editing wise.

I immediately say let's refund, and now they have ghosted me. They said "to process refund please get on this call" and I get on the call and they no show.

Bought the package now they are not responding. Don’t deal with this company I would go so far as to say it’s an outright scam! They don’t deliver or even message you back after you buy!

Avoid this group like the plague. In fact, I'm rather certain it's a scam operation. I set up to get short-form content done to test out if this would be a decent solution for our team.

All I ended up getting was two trash videos after providing extremely high-quality footage and a briefing. The turnaround time was unbelievable for just the rough cuts, and now that I have requested a refund for failure to perform and not a fit, they will not respond in their Slack channel.

I really wanted this to work, but this company completely let me down. I joined and tried many times to set up a call, asked questions, and sent my availability over and over. Nobody followed up. Weeks went by and still nothing happened.

After a full month of no progress, I asked for a refund. They kept saying “your refund is in progress” or “we’ll get back to you.” But they never did. I kept following up and got no real answer. Just delay after delay.

I even gave them my invoices. Still no refund.

No one took responsibility. I had to chase them for every reply. This was a waste of time and energy. I wouldn’t recommend working with them.

I hired ZSIDEOS for the most expensive video editing package and have had a frustrating experience from start to finish. The project was delivered more than twice as late as promised, and the final video completely ignored the brand questionnaire, style guide, and detailed revision notes I provided.

I spent hours submitting feedback, only to receive the same unedited footage back. When I asked for a refund — which their contract allows if quality standards aren’t met — they initially acknowledged my request but then ignored it and sent over a generic content strategy instead, which is useless without properly edited video.

After pressing again for a refund, they said they’d reassign the project to someone more skilled. I explained I had already been more than patient and that what they delivered had not matched what was promised. Since then, I’ve received no response at all.

This experience has caused serious delays to my content schedule and completely eroded my trust in their process. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values professionalism, accountability, or clear communication. Proceed with caution.

Awful experience, they promised they could turn around 2 videos in 24 hours and that could not be further from the truth.

They are unresponsive during the day and do not follow through on what they have promised.

The quality of editing is absolutely trash and usually takes 2-4 days.

They use vague terms like "soon" and "ASAP" instead of communicating real-deadlines.

This will end up being a bigger waste of your time than anything.

I got one edit then they Ghosted me and didn’t deliver content on time. Multiple questions and promises and no responses

Garbage & SCAM!!!! company. I paid Almost $400 and they ghosted me for almost 2 months. And admitted to their fault and are refusing to give me a refund.

This is not a professional company and I highly advise you avoid this company.

Too good to be true unfortunately...

I wouldn't call this a scam, but I just feel like this agency has scaled way too fast that they can't keep up with the demand.

Customer service starts off nice, but then the quality of the video projects is below average (what you'd expect for the price I guess). Unless you enjoy having 10 revisions of your video projects, then I wouldn't bother with this service.

Also, for my video projects alot of the videos were impromptu meaning there was no script, and I found that this became a very noticeable struggle for the team when it came to English captions.

I only got up to the trial reel phase, gave them one shot failed, gave them another, fail, we had 5 total shots at a trial reel and all of them failed due to a number of reasons. Style was off, captions were incorrect, the detailed brief I wrote wasnt followed at all (totally wrong video).

This was all in the span of 2 months, so turnaround times were not as promised. Then when I've asked for a refund they've said "we gotta hop on a call" so I booked in a call and guess what? These guys didn't rock up, in fact, I'm writing this review literally 15mins into the supposed 'meeting'

I don't think these guys can handle more clients, steer clear unless you love having endless rounds of revisions and don't value your own time and want cheap quality

Do not work with them. They miss deadlines, they ignore you if you ask for refund. They truly are a crap company. Not a scam. But HORRIBLE service

These guys are as shady as they come. They promised me 3 things in the meeting:

- 24-48 hour video turnaround times
- Great quality videos and customer support
- A money-back guarantee if I don't receive quality service.

Can you guess which one of these I received? If you said none, you would be correct! Not only did they not give me a single video despite me asking for multiple, they took days to respond to me and when I asked for my money back they completely disappeared. Truly one of the worst companies I've had experience dealing with. I beg you not to give these scammers your money.

ZSideoContent is a scam. They lure you in through Instagram and Facebook ads offering cheap video editing deals. Then they pressure you into a sales call where you’re pitched a $950+ package. Once you pay, you’re added to a Slack group—and that’s the last time you’ll see anything resembling “service.”

No updates. No videos. Just delay after delay and a stream of fabricated excuses. Their entire model seems built around taking your money and stalling long enough that you give up and move on. It’s a textbook example of bait-and-switch.

Avoid them at all costs. Don’t fall for the hype, and definitely don’t hand over your money.

SCAM! BEWARE! I signed up for their service and thought it was a really good deal and opportunity until it was actually time for them to provide their service. We had the onboarding zoom call scheduled and they no-showed without so much as a text message as a heads up. I waited on the zoom and then almost 30 minutes later someone emailed me saying they needed to reschedule (after they wasted 30 min of my time). At this point my gut told me to cancel but I gave them another shot. We scheduled another onboarding call. I got a message at some point after that saying my appointment had been rescheduled to another time (a time that did not work for me). I told them I could not work like that and wanted a refund. They said they would refund me and they have not refunded anything and have stopped responding.

🚨 SCAMMERS 🚨 ZSideoContent is a fake business. These guys run ads on IG and Facebook, promising super cheap video editing, then they get you on a call with one of their sales agents who sells you on a $950+ package. Then they add you to a Slack channel and once they have your money, they never deliver. They keep making excuses for why work isn’t being produced and lie all day long. Their whole business is centered around collecting your payment and making excuses so that you never report them basically. Don’t trust these scammers. Save your money.
