They have scammed me.
Fed me a line about their project management software going down and then radio silence for over 6 weeks now.

Do not engage with them.
They offer a great price and begin to give you videos but then disappear with your money.

They completely ignored me after taking my money. $1000 down the drain.

I have disputed the charge with my bank. Not sure if I'll ever see my money back. Apparently the owner of this business brags about winning disputes.

I don’t even know where to start with ZSIDEO. These people wasted my time, lied through their teeth, and then tried to screw me out of $999. I paid them in May 2025 for video editing, and they acted like they were some legit agency with “teams” and “project managers” and “creative directors.” It’s all fake.

They made me fill out forms, sit on a call, and join their Slack, and then completely vanished. Weeks went by, and they kept feeding me the same recycled excuses. “We’re assigning a new editor.” “We’re finalizing the first draft.” Lies.

After months of this, they finally sent a “draft” that looked like a 10-year-old threw it together on iMovie. Nothing was usable. I asked for fixes; nothing. So I filed a chargeback with my bank. That’s when they turned slimy. They started emailing me, telling me to cancel the dispute so they could “refund me directly.” Yeah, okay. Let me just throw away my only protection so you can ghost me again. They even sent a pathetic email trying to sound intimidating, bragging about how they “win disputes.” Well, guess what, you didn’t win this one. My bank sided with me because you had no proof of actually doing anything.

ZSIDEO is a joke. They’re scammers pretending to be professionals. They wasted months of my time and thought they could bully me into dropping my dispute.

If you’re reading this, learn from me. Don’t give these people a single dollar. Don’t believe their fake “team” act or their talk. It’s all garbage. I wouldn’t trust these people to edit a TikTok, let alone anything professional.

10 videos of 300 delivered. ghosted after the first 10. Complete scam.

Scam company. Just got my refund from my credit card today. They said they’re having “technical” issues and then ghosted everyone. Do not work with them and beware when they open up the company in a new name

I paid $350 to this agency for promised content and marketing services. Shortly after payment, they fired their entire team, stopped all communication, and never delivered any work. I reached out multiple times with no response, and later found out many other clients experienced the same thing everyone paid and received nothing in return. The company has since gone silent, no refunds or updates.

I’ve filed a dispute with my bank to recover the money, but I’m leaving this review to warn others not to fall for the same scam. Be extremely careful working with this agency — they are not legitimate and will take your money without fulfilling their promises.

Fully ghosted after paying, they added me to a slack channel under my business name, sent me a welcome message, and never heard back. Everyone on their slack workspace was offline, that should have been the second red flag. The first was if it seems to be too good to be true it’s because it Is. Glad I went with my gut, he tried getting me to pay with my bank info I insisted on paying with my credit card through a secure link and used my Amex. After 6 days of not getting a response I issued a dispute with AMEX. Got my refund immediately.

Scam. They will appease you until they think you are out of the 60 day refund window (lucky for me I was only 1 day away and got my money back) they will lie and say the owner laid off all of the employees without pay. And they will pity you to pay them more money to finish your videos. The employees are part of the scam to extract more money out of people, I reported them to the FBI tip line. You should too.

They ghosted me for 15 days and blamed it on a holiday, I lost clients due to not being able to make videos. Then 2 months later they claim their “systems are down” and have to wait another 15 days. Ghosted again and more clients lost. Horrible service DO NOT BUY. I edit myself and know if their “systems are down” they can re-download my footage and make a new premiere pro project to continue edits.

Got 5-7 reminders via SMS and email just for them not to show up to our scheduled meeting.

Absolute scam!
I paid over $1000 and they delivered a few videos, then a rubbish message saying that they had technical issues and would be back after 15 days.
After reading these reviews, it's clear that this "business" is nothing more than a con.
Do not part with your money.

Scammers, cyber criminals, poor little thieves, worst of the worst. They take money and dissappear saying their system is down. Endless excuses from start about how the files i shared is not accessble to them and the chain of senseless excuses never ends. Then they disappear and never respond, my money gone but will take legal action in these scammers.

Terrible company. Great sales pitch, but they provide no services. They promised a fast turn around time, but it's been almost a month later and I haven't gotten a single deliverable. They claim how they're based in Dubai and not in India or Pakistan, but their payments go straight to Pakistan. Scam and fraud. Do not fall for it like I did. Read and believe their reviews.

They are scammers. Nothing more to say. You will be delayed and delayed and won't receive anything. Their entire business model is avoiding disputes. The owner Saim even has a post about this on IG (avoiding disputes).

Don't pay.

This company seems to be a scam. They sold us on video script writing and editing services, saying they would edit 120 reels for us for $600.

They said they would provide fully edited reels within 24-48 hours after we upload videos to the drive. We filled out all their onboarding forms and uploaded all of our files for the first video. They initially responded a few times, saying they needed certain information about editing styles and inspo - ALL of which I had already provided in detail in the questionnaire. Then they just stopped answering altogether.

I've been waiting for over a week with no response, and it's been several days longer that I uploaded all my contents. It's clear this company is a scam. They've just been running ads to clients in the U.S. and racking up intake calls and payments, with no intention of actually providing the service.

Worst service I've ever encountered... no response or communication.

Bought a content package with high hopes, no one showed up to the onboarding call and they have gone compeletly ghost not replying on slack, whatsapp, or email. SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I signed up to this offer, paying $500USD, and have since had no replies. The slack channel is empty, nobody replies to zoom meetings and all emails have gone.
This is 100% a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

Spent 1000 on the upfront and was absolutely GHOSTED after paying. Once I started threatening to dispute or contact FTC all of the sudden then started to respond and apologize for being late almost 2 weeks after paying with 0 production. Seems like a common theme.

This company is an absolute scam please do not use them they hardly deliver, then will claim their systems are down and stop responding. We paid 500 usd and got 2 videos from them
