I was working as a full time employe for this company but they scammed us as well saying the technical issue has occured and we will resume the work after 2 weeks but it's been 2 months and they owe me more than 1k dollars for my services they also scammed more than 400 editors

Terrible Company. I worked there as a Video Editor and I was being used as labor without payment. They didn’t pay me for a full two months and kept making excuses. Whenever I argued, they would shut me up and threaten to cancel my payment. They always used my creative efforts to generate leads. I only got paid once in three months. Not only the owner SAIM ALI AHMED but Even the project manager, RABIA BUTT, was so incompetent RUDE and RETARED that she reduced the payment I was supposed to receive.

It’s not only the owner, it’s the whole team. More like a scam agency than a content agency. They commit fraud not only with clients but also with editors. In my honest and straight words, this whole agency is bullshit. They even got reported to FIA, and honestly, that’s exactly what they deserve.

Scam - don't go near them.
Now all their employees are trying to claw back some cash and reaching out to everyone they ripped off to offer "better deals" - leave them all well alone.

Saim Ali is a scammer... He scammed his 1000 plus clients and robbed employees from their hard earned money... And started ghosting everyone...
That's his business strategy... Low rate offers, trapping as much people as he can and then go underground...
And now he's starting new agency with new name and all to do it all over again

Its a scam. They take money and ghost - I actually think they're out of business now but just incase thought I better write this.

Scam, did not deliver on any of the services or products they said to deliver on and just went ghost instead of refunding everyone.

A long term service that scammed hundreds of people. Really sad this happened.

SCAM. Took our money and disappeared last month. No reposnse to any of our messages. When we first started, they sold us the world and then took 2 weeks to deliver one 15-second clip (editing a simple/clean talking reel & adding captions over it). It was like pulling teeth to get ANYTHING done.

complete scam do not buy this, they are really bad and said they would provide a refund for their shocking service and never gave one, don't waste your money.

After seeing an incredible ad on facebook, I should have known it was too good to be true. I paid $1500 for a years worth of videos after a very professional Sales call. Then they added me to the slack chanel and poof ghosted. I got a weak content strategy that was part of the package and then all the employees went dark. Everyone muted. No one returned messages. No excuses, just completely ignored. I'm in the process of disputing with the bank. Do not trust this company or the owner, Saim. I was told he was opening another company.

These people are horrible humans. I thought they would give me great editing quality. Turns out it was made by a three year old and looks like they put 0 effort into making the video nice. I was not even asking for the best edit possible. I just wanted something simple. They couldn’t even change the font to the one I requested for in their stupid form you need to fill out every time you get a client! No wonder why the Owner of the company is based in dubai. Sus business will never be this gullible again!! I wish we can all sue them. never got my money back! They said they will refund me and stalled for months! Then I asked the 3rd time they “refunded me” but sent a screenshot that shows a refund button But it was not clicked. Never got my $500 back!!!

They took my editing services for a month and when the time of payment hits they ditched me as they don't even know me.
Their accounts director not even responding to me.
The whole team is ghosted from a month now.
Many fellow editors are also facing this issue.
I literally edit videos for them in day and nights but they are totally fraudsters.🥺
I was in need of money as I've to take care of my mother but these people are literally don't even care about the People's situations.

Straight scam. I'm glad I didn't pay it all upfront.

Pathetic liars and scammers …. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. Constant lies and excuses and then they will ghost you and not return any of your messages and not deliver one single video absolute rubbish company full of lies and no skills.

Scam. I bought 50 videos for 300usd. received 3 low quality drafts, faked giving me a refund and ghosted.

Definitely is a scam. Took money then stopped all service or communication

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: If I could leave a -50 score I would this is the most incapable useless company I’ve ever encountered save your money do not do business with them… I wish I read the reviews before I contacted them because like everybody else they are full of excuses and deliver zero videos…. They never return your contacts they say technical issues and power outages will create further delays. All the same excuses I read from other victims…. I wish I read the reviews before hand.

Zsideo is a complete scam. Seems they have many victims. Challenge the charge hopefully you paid with a CC. 60 day money back doesn’t matter if the didn’t deliver

Supporting what everyone else said. Paid $1800 for scripting and video editing. They provided me the first script and went silent after that. Issues a chargeback with my bank. Just completely ghosted me. Do not use them, not sure if they are scammers or incompetent but you are not going to get what you pay for.
