Worst service ever. We had booked an automatic car from bangalore airport. On reaching the airport we were informed that there are no cars available. This was extremely unprofessional the customer care executives were not able to help at all…after continous calling, they said a manual drive car was available. (We had booked an automatic car). They said the car is not available at airport and the driver will take 4 hours to bring the car. This was ridiculous. We were told to contact the owner and go to his place and get the car. We had to spend another 1200 bucks for this . Would not trust their service ever again

Terrible terrible service from Zoomcar. The car brokedown at 1pm today afternoon and I still have no clue about the status of the car. The on call team were neither able to resolve the problem nor provide me any clear answers about the breakdown fix or a provide me with a replacement car. The team kept saying I will get a call back but I haven’t got any call backs nor any message nor a email about the current status of the car. The car was booked for a wedding and our whole wedding plans have gone awry because of the car breaking down and the absolute rubbish support from the call center team. I spoke to 5-6 different people from the call centre and everytime I had to explain everything from scratch. I made an alternate booking with Revv cars at 3pm and they delivered their car within 3hours. I’m still waiting for an update from the zoomcar about my rental car. Just pathetic. I’m going to post this on public pages and make visible the terrible service provided to someone who has booked a car for 2 weeks.

I wish I could give this service a zero star. Onboarding was horrible - they kept promising a car in a week of making the payment. Took three weeks. And then when I had to cancel the contract, they took 1 month's fees as cancelation, refused to give an invoice for this amount, tried to take the car a few days before the end date and I still haven't received the security deposit. I do not recommend Zoomcar and will not be using it again.

I booked a car from Zoomcar .com to drive in Delhi for 15 days . I paid more than Rs. 35000 ( USD 600) for my booking and received a confirmation that my car is booked . When I went to collect the car the place in Delhi meharuali center was terrible. The Guy who was attending the people was rude, unprofessional, uneducated and had do customer service experience. He very rudely informed me that my driving license is canceled and I will not get the car . I have a UK driving license which is the hardest thing anyone has to make in UK but he just was not ready to listen. I cancelled my booking and I was told that my money will be refunded in three days but its been one week my booking was canceled and no money was refunded. People should beware of these type of fraud companies.
