The car is first class there is no any hindrance during the trip i had well experienced

I would never recommend use a zoomcar, they use 3rd party cars for rentals and the condition of the cars are not good to drive. I had to return my car on the second day for 2 weeks booking but they did not refund my booking amount despite promised by their customer care executive. After doing a continuous follow up no response from their customer care team. There is no way you can talk to these guys and they never respond to any emails. It’s a worst experience and I would never recommend to use their services.

This service is completely worst and scam. I was not able to open the car with the application and had to wait for 2 hours, because of an issue with the car sensor. But they charge me for all the time. Top of that they have forcefully applied fuel charges on my expense. The most worst part is they don't have a support to call you can only chat with them

Worst service cars not available in the location I have wasted my whole day these are cheaters and fraud don't go for zoomcar

Zoomcar is worst looting money from public and host program. worst experience worst policies. My new car got accident 10 months past raised ticket 1176492 but no use. I am paying emi back to back still repairs not started and no compensation received with zoomcars. Customer care never respond properly if they respond also tells story as our fuc… concern team is working from last 10 months. Dont share any cars to zoomcar they are frauds, cheaters, bloody buggers.

They took money and did not provide the car. On cancellation forfeited total amount.

Very recently I had booked a ZoomCar from Kochi airport. The booking was done almost 2 months in advance with full payment. At the time of booking, I was told that car pickup and drop will be from Kochi airport. After reaching the airport and searching the car for 40 mins, I finally decided to call the customer service helpline. The CSR informed me that ZoomCar has stopped pickup and drop services from the airport, and that I need to go to the owners place to get the car. Then upon asking the location of the owner, I was informed that the original car (which I had paid for 2 months in advance) was not available and I had to book a different car for more money. I was assured that taxi fare will be reimbursed by ZoomCar, but to my surprise nothing is reimbursed by them. After several follow-up emails & calls to the CSR, my reimbursement request is closed without any update.

WORST SERVICES - WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.

Zoom car was booked on 11 March from Bangalore in Vivek Pandey's name, and the location they gave to pick up was in the village area. There was no road to drive, even when I booked cabs after dropping off the car, so 3 drivers had to cancel due to the dirt road. This is the worst location for a pickup, where no cab driver will be available to pick us up or drop us off.

In my opinion, it was the most awful experience I've ever had with a zoom car.

Its basically a big scam. Crap cars over charge you and then threaten legal action when you want to dispute the wrong charge. Also no customer care.

Terrible service...They delivered a car with 0 fuel in Hyderabad. I had to run on foot to get the fuel. In paranoia, I fueled it to a 100% and later found that they initiated a refund for 60% fuel's cost. The customer care did not have authority to resolve the issue as they can't create tickets or make decisions. Issue can be created through a chatbot that doesn't allow you to talk. I created a ticket multiple times only to have illogical and incorrect math done to support the refund and to find the tickets being closed everytime without factoring in the logical explanation and screenshots of fuel meter before and after the trip. The Asset Light Model is NOT WORKING...Customer support should be your key and doesn't seem that they care to resolve issues or are restricted by management to do so.

Booked car for midnight but got cancelled at the last moment leaving us stranded as the customer support is available only between 9 am to 9 pm. Then tried booking a second car as the hotel booking in the morning was non refundable. But the car provided has lot of damages.
Overall very poor experience, they should stop operating until they can provide better customer experience

Zoomcar as a concept is good, to provide a self drive car platform thus side income for idle cars plus cheaper than taxi for the renter. However if the renter is a dubious criminal / smuggler / anti-national then if your car is confiscated and police files FIR against you for abetting a crime, the zoomcar policy is to disown / no reply to your email / simply vanish. Then you have no option but hire lawyers and fight for your repuatation. My car was caught by Bihar police with 450 litre alcohol. Being a prohibition state, the driver+helper of the zoomcar renter were caught and jailed. FIR was filed naming the car owner also. The case under harsh IPC section 31 carries a 10 year imprisionment. Beware of this cheat company which is actively supporting criminals as they can pay more to zoomcar regularly. If caught then only a poor driver and car host shall bear the consequences. Zoomcar legal reply is they are only a platform hence no liability!!

I have booked Renault kiger from zoom car app on 16 th December 2022According to zoom car you will get car keys in the car after you unlock it. But here in my case I didn’t find car keys in car and it was hectic on a Sunny day with all my luggage’s on road with my family directly from airport heading to the hotel. The host address written on zoom car is fake and there is no one to contact not even any phone number. The toll free numbers on google is bogus they don’t work. Luckily I found that host relative by desi jugaad asking strangers (locals and pawn shop, street vendors) on a scorching sunny day in Jaipur. Finally I got the keys from him and the answer from him was beyond my expectations. It was not even mentioned on zoom car app that the keys were with the host itself and failed to update any contact number. I took the car and the zoom car never upload the actual pics of the car ( the car is of 2021 model but it looks like 3-4 years old ) Car’s condition was okay in terms of drivability, chills good, but the tires could have been better. After paying a hefty amount for a car one could expect atleast a good infotainment system with touch screen and better driving supportive gadgets such as reverse camera etc . Surprisingly it was basic model. So guys better opt for any good and big car rentals, don’t opt for any cheap prices otherwise you will end up with lot of stress. The difference amount is not as big when you compare between zoom and car rentals hardly it is approximately 1-2 thousands per day. Surprisingly the car I took doesn’t have any fast tag, so u need to pay double the amount on every toll standing in a toll queue bothering fellow road users ( embarrassing moments seriously). Zoom car will tell you that you can upload fast tag bills after you end your trip. But interestingly you cannot upload them, the app doesn’t let you upload nor you don’t get reply even if you sent those bills via email. There is a lot to mention but I don’t wanna waste my time Lastly I gave those two stars for car’s AC, drivability and a minimal attitude and friendly nature of that host’s relative. Choose wisely and be safe

I returned the car early which I had booked for 8 days because of its bad condition.They didn’t refund my money which they had promised it’s around 9k which is not a small amount. We r very disappointed with the company who dupe people hard earned money 😡

When a situation occurs between the owner of the car that is offered for rent and its lessee.. the company’s intervention does not compensate for the damage.. I mean, for example, someone who is scum owns a Sunny car. Which he parked in an underground garage. I mean, the mobile network will not be weak.. its not existing at all.. and then he showed off asking you why you are late in getting the car?!.. while receipt is a wasted time with your money..then he tells you it's over, you wont get the car!! .. All what the company did, they brought me a replacement car in 6th of October..50 km far!! And offered a paid Uber trip at its expense.. without caring to your blood pressure.. plan of your day.. any obligation incurred by you on renting the car that you paid the rent for!! They have no value for all of these.. Then, with a simple search, you will find another car offered for rent in the city of May 15th, and it is definitely closer to Nasr City than October 6th. The second scum bad owner car changed his mind and told them that the car is busy after booking confirmation .. The company is very good at telling you that there are no cars available and we will refund YOUR money!! .. Ok sir, what will you do with them? .. He said they ll probably deduct the rent from the scum bag owners.. Okay, but I don't know why it's just probable and not a must! .. OK, what about me? .. We apologize to you very much!! I mean, if you go and didn't find the car that you rented, it will be easier for you to return home, and do not forget to check the brain of the car owner before paying the rent, and be sure whether he is an adult or not!

They are scammers total cheaters they took the money befor the trip the started the trip and I did not have the car to me the trip shows in progress since the past 58 hours when I don't even have the vehicle with me whenever I call them they say you have to wait for 24 to 48 hours ... Please do not book with theses guys they are just clear scammers who want to pocket ppls hard earned money Revv is a better app and more reliable that the zoom car scam team

I picked up car at 10 pm so that I can start early morning.
The lighting was bad in parking area but somehow I got the photos. in cabin light was not working and next morning I found that backseat was full of dog hair. I had to get the car cleaned and lost more than half a day of my trip as it was Saturday and all car wash had a long waiting.

Tire Bursted: on the way from Pune to Satara, tire got bursted. Even the spare tire was not in good condition. I had no choice but to replace tire after showing it to local repair shops. The location was 23 Km away from city. I called zoomcar. The backend team of zoomcar called back after 30 mins.
They agreed that tire replacement can be done if no repair is possible. But the shops nearby did not have the new tire required to fit the car. I had no option but to replace with an old tire, which anyways was my decision.

I went to Satara, It was after 8PM and all shops were getting closed. I purchased a new tire and got it replaced.

Now zoomcar is denying the refund for the lack of computerized bill and photo of mechanic replacing the tire

I booked a car for 3 days. Im on the road waiting for a car. I have received messages saying your booked car is unavailable now. They have taken Rs.13374 from me. Now i dont have a car and I am on road.

Rented ZoomCar from Banglore airport and to my surprise there was no car available. They said they will arrange car and I waited for 2 hours with my wife and two little kids. They stopped picking phone and customer care won’t pick call. Later someone called and said we found car for you and that was 47 mins away. They said take Uber and go. How could I trust them? Eventually ended up paying big amount to local cab.
