I heard of this company through sponsorships from my favourite YouTubers. I didn't know exactly where and how to look for reliable doctors; I didn't even know how to check if they took my insurance, but using Zocdoc made it so easy and efficient to get myself the health care I needed.

We had a wonderful virtual visit with the physician assistant for my 16-year-old son's acne. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She listened carefully to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed.

She developed a clear treatment plan, explained how and when to use each medication, and set realistic expectations for improvement. My son felt comfortable throughout the appointment, and we both left feeling confident that he was in great hands.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and informative dermatology care.

Zocdoc is actually a great and effective site. I was trying to schedule a dentist appointment urgently and I made it happen easily through them. I see that they help you keep track of other medical services--like primary care physician and vision appts. I am very likely to make use of that because of how straightforward the experience has been so far.
