Absolutely horrible from the customer…
Absolutely horrible from the customer side. They charge the provider even if the patient isn't a real human or doesn't show up to appointments. Very poor customer service. You can't talk to a human only an AI robot. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Makes care EASY to find, working moms savior!
ZocDoc makes finding care SO easy and so fast! It takes the work out of calling around when working moms just don’t have time for that! I have used it to find 3 different types of specialists and have had wonderful experiences each time!

Many of Zocdoc questions were marketing tactics that I did not appreciate it, and I did mention to receptionist Please omit unnecessary questions, such as " Do you have Will, yes or no" and many more. Please do not share my information with any other unrelated organizations.
