Not happy, after the work men had left we found several things wrong, took over a week to get anything done, phoned 3 times.for the price we paid we thought we would get better service

could not have had two more men who were clean and careing with the instlation of our windows we give them full marks for the job well done,thank you both.

A new door fitted exactly to my requirements. The fitters were very polite and left my bungalow clean and tidy.

The windows are wonderful. The workers were thorough and made good, considering a tough job.
Would recommend them . Very pleased.

I am impressed with your windows. The man who fitted my was good and he did clean up after himself. He should have fitted stickers on the window but he'd forgotten them so I gave him a stamped addressed envelope to send to me and I would do that to save him coming two and a half hours drive. He has not sent them.

Over the past 20 years having moved 3 times I’ve had windows fitted by Everest, Anglian and now Zenith and I would rate them in that order. Before and after care from Zenith was terrible. From first agreeing with a price then trying to over charge me to, my delivery being a month late after promising me it would be within 4 weeks after survey. Staff being very short and subtly rude on the phone, fitter damaging my paintwork with his ladder and rushing off. The last straw was them sending me the wrong key when I asked for a spare... my window wasn’t even cleaned when fitted, smear marks were left as a bonus...
I’ve definitely learnt my lesson.

It all started so good with Ashford Sales doing the video amd sales pitch , what they offered was exactly what we wanted . So then the assesor came and agreed the same works , forward 4 weeks and then the problems . Scaffolder came a day early causing issues getting into property as we have dogs and needed to agree access via neighbours . Then a day later the install team came , they started to do the works and i stopped them as they were meant to remove the boards and 3 tiles and check the beams and treat accordingly. They said it cant be done and sales just sold us a dud and carried on , we had a day booked out and left them , not before they said we MUST SIGN ALL PAPERWORKS PRIOR TO THEM FINISHING , ? Strange suggestion but refused and left for the day , i came back to an overcladded monstrosity which Zenith say they dont do , i could have done this myself but wanted the treatments done as 180yr old building. So refused to pay until its sorted and now chasing whats happening and the install manager Martin Pike says he has never seen the Zenith Company Video and they install what they think and should never listen to sales , so sales are blaming install and likewise the other way round , im menat to choose a side ?? So the long and short of it NEVER USE THEM I AM NOW SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AND HAVING THE WORKS REMOVED AND DONE CORRECTLY AT ZENITHS EXPENSE .

I wish I'd read these reviews before spending three hours this morning going through the Zenith routine. I got the full performance including the call to a manager who reduced the quoted price by £8,000. Original price was over £20,000 then that was reduced by several thousand so long as I gave a yes or no answer to taking reduced price there and then.

The fitter Gareth was very good. Quiet and clean, got on with the job, tidied up. Can’t say same for salesmen who were rather pushey and took an age to supply quote for insurance purposes, consequently job done way before settlement. Otherwise extremely satisfied with quality.

Just been to the Postbox and found the clipboard of the agent who rang the doorbell and took my details. It was on the post box. Left out for the neighbourhood to see my contact numbers. If you want it back you will have to get it from my front door. I am the one you wanted to replace all the windows of a conservatory for when I only need one doing..in Boyatt Wood.

Cold called about doors and windows and arranged to send someone to give us a price. They were 40 minutes late and persisted with unnecessary sales pitch despite me saying I just wanted a price on several occasions. He constantly had to phone the office to report back on what was going on and when I finally got a price out of him, it was extortionate.
I did not let him in my house despite him being forward about asking for an invite. I eventually forced him to give me the form with what few personal details were on there.
Do not persue any inquiry, do not invite them in, do not answer their questions.

Still no response despite promises. Door panel only part of original fix has now cracked.

3rd time "John" has asked for information to look into it. Still waiting a response once information supplied.

I am a very happy Zenith customer, I first used Zenith 30years ago and was happy with them back then and have used them again today and it's good to see that some things never change as they were as professional and efficient today as they were back then. Bob Gooding

Do not use! Life is too short.

I waited over a year for the numbers to be correctly added to my door.

Since then I have been told the bad installation
of my door was just something I have to live with. Guess why?

Because the Zeneith I purchased from 'no longer exists' and has been bought out. Lol so the warranty I bought is useless and no one one replies to calls or email.

Rouge traders at their worst. Not to mention the fact that they have the cheek to continually call me asking for repeat work.

Would not recommend these awful people to an enemy

This is the second instalment from Zenith Windows & doors, Mr J Watts came & installed 2 new doors, very friendly gentleman, He worked very hard on his own, he was very good cleaning up behind him. Mr Watts completed the insulation He did a great job, New door look great. another GREAT JOB VERY WELL DONE.

It has taken over 6 months to replace my conservatory roof and it has still not been completed. Never return your calls. Would give it no stars if that is an option

This is a very good company, with high quality product,.
Installation is very good and the timing was excellent, they turned up always in time, clean working, they left the area clean and tidy.

We had door to door salesman drop by a leaflet, decided to go ahead agree with having someone round to quote a replacement roof on our conservatory.
1st day i got a call arranged for them to take measurements and quote that afternoon.
They call again later to inform me that cos they couldn't get through on the phone earlier nobody would be around this happened again 2 more times.
We then had someone round, he came at 7:30 pm. After 2 hours of sales push, showing us others who have entered and won a free job (on of them being his sister in law!!! Suspicious) asking questions such as "can you tell me how many window companys go bust in the first year of traiding" literally couldn't care about any of these sales tactics that took 2 hours!!! Its Now 9:30 pm!!!! Im getting frustrated cos as of yet he has not even messured up! Or shown options just talked and talked about what they are!!!
I give a very obvious hint to my husband that its time to wrap this up.
He goes back to his car to get his measuring equipment and start putting in on the laptop its now close to 10pm and ive had enough over 2 hours and only just messured! We send him on his way with him saying he will send a quote, no quote received.

Massive waste of time, really shouldn't take 2 and half hours too messure up for a quote and go over a few options but that didnt even happen in this time.
