Great customer service as a start
I have not used their tax refund services yet but phoned them to ask about a few details before deciding how to proceed. They called me back which I was not expecting (returning to a missed call is not common). Roxanne was very knowledgable, patient and made sure she addressed all my questions clearly. This already felt like a strong start, I will try the app in a few months once I do my purchase and see how it runs.

Disappointing Experience with Refund Process
I submitted all required information to Zaptax in November 2026 following my purchase in order to receive my tax refund. Despite completing every step requested, I have still not received my payment months later. Throughout this period, I had to send multiple follow-up emails, and each time I was told to wait. Most recently, I was informed that the payment had been sent, however even after 10 days, no funds have reached my account. When I asked customer support for transfer details such as the payment date, reference number, or sending bank, I did not receive any clear or verifiable information, I received only repeated requests to continue waiting. During the same period, other companies processed my refunds quickly and without issue, which makes this experience particularly disappointing and concerning.
Based on my experience, the process lacks transparency and reliability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

Concernant votre souci à la Fnac, n'hésitez pas a creer votre propre compte et d'y ajouter notre adresse.
Pour les remboursement , nous faisons au plus vite, mais nous dépendons nous même des remboursements de l'administration fiscale qui n'est pas régulière ni prévisible. On fait toujours au plus vite.

Effortless Tax Refund Process with Excellent Communication
Zapptax has made getting my tax refund incredibly easy. The app is intuitive and straightforward - uploading tax receipts is simple, and the entire process is virtually effortless from start to finish.
While it does take some time to receive the refund (which is expected with tax matters), the communication throughout has been excellent. I always knew where things stood and never felt left in the dark.
