Great service from initial contact to delivery. Spoke to Jason a few times before viewing the bike and he was brilliant, quick replies and honest. Made to feel welcome at the showroom and absolutely no BS or pressure. Hes still in contact and advising on any questions I have. Thank you

From my very first phone call to picking up my new bike, BMW R1200RS SE.
Jason was always on hand to answer my questions, they offered me what I thought was a fair price for my PX.
On picking the bike up, Jason and his team were friendly and helpful.
Jason’s knowledge of the bike was incredible considering how many different models he must sell each week.
He offered good advice and precautionary measures to keep the bike up to scratch.
Lastly I would say that this was my first experience of buying a bike unseen, but his video he sent me was an honest appraisal of the bike, and in truth was far better than I expected.
I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Very straightforward buying experience, Jason was very thorough explaining about bike and previous keeper/history etc. Bike itself superb and really happy with it. Looking at the other bikes there it is clear the workshop prepare them well and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend (and I travelled from Scotland to buy!)

Absolutely brilliant service….had bike failed MOT else where that need work done on head bearings..
Asked if they could look and repair ..
Called in this morning 8th June took it straight in made adjustments,job done.
Will definitely be booking bike in for a service with these gents…

Called on Thursday to ask if they could book me in for investigation into my rough running bike, and they said just to pop in and we'll have a look first.
Took my bike in on the Saturday morning, they checked it over ran some diagnostics, sorted a couple of tweaks and off i went with bike in good fettle.
Very knowledgeable, very helpful, really friendly team. Will definitely be returning for future service and works. Highly recommend this team of great people.

Great experience when purchasing my bike from Jason at York Motorbikes. I hadn’t seen the bike in person but a detailed video was sent showing me its exact condition. Delivered to Scotland, bike is in immaculate condition. Process was seamless, would 100% recommend using York Motorbikes.

Called in to york motorbikes as i had a throttle problem while on a ride out on my yamaha fazer the guys took a look at it and sorted it straite away with no isuse to get me home top guys thank you.

Bought a Kawasaki 650s Vulcan from these guys, had no pressure sales, knowledgeable sales person, friends, bike was in great condition at a great price. Had an issue with the throttle after it was just out of warranty. They came over, picked my bike up, took to workshop, fixed problem, then brought my bike back to my house, no quibble about paying for anything!!! Can’t praise them enough . Will be back to them for servicing and possibly new bike later on . 5 star treatment
