I put a deposit on a Suzuki GSX1400 then travelled 200 miles from London on the train to collect.
For a 20 year old bike it was in good condition overall at a good price and was independently MOT’d with no advisories. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person were very helpful. Like many things you buy in life it’s how you’re treated when it goes wrong and I see another review on trustpilot shows how these people know how to look after their customers.
Thank you for the oil and filter change as well which I wasn’t expecting.

Picked up my gsxs 1000f today and I have to give them a five star rating because they have always looked after me when I have been there. This was my 3rd time and I will go again if I change my bike again. Good selection and very helpful staff. All are really nice people.

I’ve wanted a bike since I was a kid (40 years ago 😄), and finally decided to go for it.
I bought a Triumph Tiger 800 for £2490, so I didn’t expect perfection — but I was genuinely surprised.
The engine, brakes and tyres were all in good condition. Minor scratches as described, nothing unexpected.
I did around 1300 miles in the first 4 days (UK to Poland) with no issues at all.
Solid bike and a reliable company.
Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

I bought a 19 year old Kawasaki VN1600 from these guys and it looked and sounded great until I got on to the A1 on the way home with it. It spat oil out on the road and lost power, so I pulled over and called JSR. They immediatley sent a van out to take me home and the bike back to their premises for repairs. After a complete engine rebuild including a new radiator they delivered the bike back to me in perfect running condition. Admittedly it took four weeks to locate andget the parts and do the rebuild, but definitely worth the wait to have such a great bike.
I will definitely be going back to them for my next bike as the service can't be beaten. Besides that they are all great people there. Thanks JSR.

Fantastic company and great selection of motorcycles, staff and owner really friendly and customer service was top notch. Looking forwards to riding the bike.
If you are looking for a motorcycle you could go far wrong than visiting these guys.
