great service and made it just in time for Christmas

I would give this 0 stars if I could. My first and last time purchasing from them. I had too many issues with my items and it doesn’t seem as if they check merchandise before fulfilling orders.

1. My boot laces were already unraveling on one of the timberland boots, they didn’t have any shoe laces to send me so they credited my account. I purchased new laces from a timberland store nearby.

2. When I started to put new laces in, I seen the boot stitching just falling apart midway on the tongue of the boot.

At this point I’m super mad and highly upset that they would even sell me something like this. I am still waiting on my full refund. Nobody tried to accommodate me at all and this was a Christmas gift for someone.

The shoes I ordered were shipped quickly and were exactly as expected.

The reason for only 3 stars was the shipping time. Took much longer than it should to get 1 pair of runners for my brothers Christmas gift. Secondly when I accidentally entered the wrong size, and noticed just a few hours later (the same day) I called and even though NOTHING had shipped yet, they could not just edit the order and adjust the size from 11 to 12. The order had to be cancelled and a new order placed, which meant longer for it to come which is concerning to say the least at Christmas time. Luckily, I received the item JUST in time, but still was way more complicated than needed to be. Aside from that item was correct, at a good price, and my brother loved them. Hence the 3 stars.

Mistakes happen in any business. This company not only corrected the mistakes, it was done as soon as the mistake was identified and it was done in a manner that was more than fair. Totally satisfied with the customer service.

Honestly, I had never heard of YCMC.com and this was the only site I could find the shoes my daughter-in-law wanted for Xmas. I tried so many other popular sites and stores to find that her size was out of stock. In my search, this site wasn't the obvious site, but I tried here and found what I was looking for. If the other places I searched had the shoes, I was not guaranteed a delivery before Xmas, whereas at YCMC, I got the shoes in time for Xmas. I will definitely try here first the next time I am in the market for shoes.

Shipping took a minute but the item was perfect and hard to find so I was excited they had it. Very good experience. Four stars only for the shipping time but it’s Christmas so maybe that played into it. It was delivered by Christmas so all good!

I was able to find the "all red" Nike shoes my son was looking for and in the size 13 as well! They were hard to come by. I ordered on line and they were shipped quickly. Very satisfied with YCMC!
