After waiting 3 weeks for a tracking…
After waiting 3 weeks for a tracking number today I got a email saying they can’t locate the shoe but the shirt is on the way ....Why would I want the shirt without the shoe give me my money back!

I read a couple of reviews and was skeptical about ordering but I really wanted the shirt so I went ahead and got it shipping a little on the slow side but that’s expected cause of COVID I’m satisfied with my purchase exactly as pictured!
Horrible customer service
I placed an order in the beginning of FEBRUARY. They tried to deliver my package but since I wasn’t PHYSICALLY there they didnt leave my package and left a note saying I had to go pick it up. I work two jobs so I was unable to pick it up. I let 3 days go by and they still didn’t try to redeliver. I contacted YCMC letting them know I wanted my refund for this order. The lady said once they receive the package I will get my refund. After a week I receive an email saying this package was delivered. Again I had already said I no longer wanted this package. I’m not sure why or what happened that this package was still “delivered” but I did not receive it. I get home after 7PM and there was NOTHING there. So I contacted YCMC again and they are rude and inconsiderate. It is now MARCH 10th and I JUST received an email from them saying they refunded the order but they can no longer ship to my address. My experience was horrible and I don’t recommend ordering from this website at all. I didn’t get my items and it took them OVER a month to give me my refund.
This is to reply to their comment underneath my review which is FALSE because I have PROOF of ALL the emails to YCMC since the BEGINNING of FEBRUARY! They are upset they are wrong and can’t accept that they messed up. This definitely shows these people do not care for the customers and I will definitely make sure I tell people not to order from this place!

Trash third party site that will sell items not even in stock and will make you wait weeks upon weeks upon weeks while they search for it at a price to make money. If not your order will be canceled

YCMC is legit, but they will test your patience
Ok. I have ordered from the app a few times and I will say this.....have patience. I have always gotten my items that I ordered but it is a slow process. This is probably due to Covid. Except for one pair of shoes I ordered that were obviously not available, I have been satisfied with this place. But I’ll be honest YCMC have showed me the value of the virtue of patience. Two weeks to get a pair of sweats, but I am satisfied with the product. I will definitely order again in the future.

First time ordering on site smh…
I placed an order off a recommendation from a friend when they had their restock of the fire red Jordan 5’s on December 22, I haven’t received any updates yet, I have emailed and have yet to get a reply. It is January 1st.

Placed an order Dec 18th. Today is Dec 29. Got an email Dec 24 saying shipment is on it's way. The tracking number shows it has never been picked up by USPS. No phone number to call. Emails sent get diverted to a google page.

I placed order on December 12th just received email saying it was shipped on December 17th my problem is if all customers are complaining and it’s a known fact of usps being behind why not change shipping method to better serve customers! This is a total disappointment for the holidays and I want order from here again!

It is now Dec. 19, and I still haven't recieved my package which I ordered on Dec. 4th. 15 days and still nothing. This sucks. I wanted to have my s*** before Christmas, and I figured 21 days ahead was plenty of time. It was for Finishline! They need to change the name to YJFU, cause You Just F***** Up if you ordered from them! Never Again!

Scam
Updated after response- which if this was a reputable company they wouldn’t have staff monitoring reviews, responding within minutes to every single one- (there are so many bad reviews!)
Scam. Ordered shoes weeks ago. No confirmation. Messaged them and they said they’d ship that day, got an email saying they shipped, 2 weeks later still no shoes. Unless they’re coming from a foreign country I should have them by now.
I see responses like this to all of these reviews. “You ordered this day, your package is in transit.”
Except no one ever receives their packages, even reviews prior to the pandemic. Tracking stops at the distribution center in Maryland and the estimated arrival date long surpasses. I order items daily-even with pandemic delays they are able to estimate a correct delivery date- even if that is extended out for a length of time. I’ve never seen an estimated delivery date be completely passed with no further tracking or at least the package leaving to the next USPS site unless I just don’t receive the package. I will update my review if I receive this package but I’m 99% sure I won’t. Stay tuned.

Well, I order my kids shoes from everywhere and thought I saw these for 65$ and here for 38$ with shipping I'll give these a try. 2 weeks later nothing. No shipping date or a receipt or even a tracking number. I don't mind waiting but just update. If I have to wait over 2 weeks for shoes I would have paid the extra 20$. It's not the money it's the service I guess. I did write an email last week I guess it went to the wrong place? IDK, it is what it is and appreciate the quick response and help from kirby. In all actuality IDC how long it takes as long as I get them before Christmas. Thanks cheers

Started getting suspicious after…
Started getting suspicious after several days with no communication, no shipping info, no tracking number, no arrival date. Spent well over $300 on 3 pairs of sneakers and decided to check on the order. I had the overwhelming displeasure of dealing with "email support supervisor" no idea how he has a job there or if he actually has vested interest in this company. As you can imagine after reading other reviews on company workers... the guy was offensive, nasty, called me a bully and said I was profound in my language. These guys are clearly scams. He claims now to have cancelled my order. What a huge scam and joke operation. I was initially so happy to find another new spot I thought would be up and coming but after these reviews and my personal experience, I would never ever buy or recommend these criminals after they wasted my time. I had a recent surgery and it is critical to get new sneakers and now I have to wait for refund (if it happens) and to re-shop... total can be weeks more delayed, I will sue these guys if my foot surgery gets compromised because of these scammers and not having footwear on time.

As you can see this vendor makes the same feeble attempts to discredit honest reviews left by burnt customers. Bla, Bla Blahhh. I went elsewhere, placed order, got receipts, got estimated shipping, received update less than 24 hours 2 of 3 pairs already shipped, other pair shipping shortly. Tracking from other vendor also properly provided.
With "70 years" and so many stores (39), you would think you know something about ethics, customer service and being a proud and happy seller. Instead, I was faced with an obnoxious, mean, horrible person (clearly their long time employee and not someone new) that all the while and even here, tried to drag me through mud. Yes customers when faced with theft, may slip up and remind you verbally what a slum business they are dealing with and you are running. Don't be fooled or mistaken, this company is the spitting perfect image of a scam company, one that will in a matter of time be closed up by the FTC among others. I will relentlessly pursue BBB, consumer affairs, the FTC, the public... all to fine, boycott and shut down this operation.
**the "facts" of my order are quite simple... I ordered over $300 in footwear... a few days went buy with no updated communication as you get with every other online vendor under the sun, decided to reach out in case I missed an email and asked for an update.... and that is when the schizophrenia of this representative kicked in. Nothing short of the worst attitude with no regard for my or my purchase. Almost a threatening tone. I would love for him to meet me one on one and see if his attitude is the same... I seriously doubt it as he is a digital gangster LOL. BEWARE, YOU BEEN WARNED!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Please DO NOT shop online here.YOU WILL REGRET IT! They don’t send out an confirmation emails once you place your order which a HUGE RED FLAG!!! After 2 Weeks passing I had to contact them about my order because I hadn’t received ANYTHING no tracking number, NOTHING! Customer service is EXTREMELY rude and CERTAINLY NOT HELPFUL they lied and said they sent me a email stating that my order was cancelled, when in fact I NEVER received one at all. So just avoid buying from here, go shop somewhere else!! Because if I would’ve never contacted them about my order I would’ve NEVER known my order was canceled & would’ve been waiting for who knows how long. THE WHOLE COMPANY JUST HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And y’all customer service rep Saekno needs to be fired

All online orders eventually get cancelled.
I ordered online 3 times from here. After waiting about 3 weeks for each order, I get an email that they are out of stock. They hold their stock in their brick and mortar stores and try to sell out from there. If you try to order online they might only send it to you if they have overstock, otherwise they send you a cancellation.
