I read a couple of reviews and was skeptical about ordering but I really wanted the shirt so I went ahead and got it shipping a little on the slow side but that’s expected cause of COVID I’m satisfied with my purchase exactly as pictured!

Horrible customer service

I placed an order in the beginning of FEBRUARY. They tried to deliver my package but since I wasn’t PHYSICALLY there they didnt leave my package and left a note saying I had to go pick it up. I work two jobs so I was unable to pick it up. I let 3 days go by and they still didn’t try to redeliver. I contacted YCMC letting them know I wanted my refund for this order. The lady said once they receive the package I will get my refund. After a week I receive an email saying this package was delivered. Again I had already said I no longer wanted this package. I’m not sure why or what happened that this package was still “delivered” but I did not receive it. I get home after 7PM and there was NOTHING there. So I contacted YCMC again and they are rude and inconsiderate. It is now MARCH 10th and I JUST received an email from them saying they refunded the order but they can no longer ship to my address. My experience was horrible and I don’t recommend ordering from this website at all. I didn’t get my items and it took them OVER a month to give me my refund.
This is to reply to their comment underneath my review which is FALSE because I have PROOF of ALL the emails to YCMC since the BEGINNING of FEBRUARY! They are upset they are wrong and can’t accept that they messed up. This definitely shows these people do not care for the customers and I will definitely make sure I tell people not to order from this place!

We would like to address your concerns.
* You placed your order on 2/02 and an authorization was established for the amount of your order which was high value.
* The order shipped on 2/04. You were sent the package and tracking information at that time.
* They attempted delivery on 2/11 however a safe location to leave the package was not available per the Carrier of the USPS.
* Tracking shows delivery on 2/17 (without a signature) to your doorstep at 4:01 PM.
* Evidently, either your package was stolen from your doorstep OR the USPS made a delivery error.
* You contacted us this past Friday (3/5) informing us that you did not receive your package. This was the FIRST time you made us aware that this package was missing as the delivery notification from the USPS shows delivered on 2/17. Was there a reason you waited to reach out to us for assistance since you had the tracking number?
* Upon learning that your package was missing, we contacted the Account Executive at the USPS who manages are account. She did verify your package was delivered to your location using GPS confirmation coordinates from the carrier. This typically takes 3 days to confirm with the USPS.
* Once delivery was confirmed, and your statement of non-receipt was received, we took your position and viewed this as a stolen package. You were fully refunded for your package today, at 8:18 which is the 3rd day after reaching out to the USPS.

If packages end up on a doorstep with a confirmed delivery, and they are stolen, we can no longer ship to that location as it's a full loss for our company since we took your word of non-receipt. This was a high value order. I'm sure you understand we cannot continue to ship to a location where we had a confirmed delivery via GPS coordinates by the USPS Priority Mail Service, yet the customer claims non-receipt.

I'm sorry your package was stolen but given the facts and time stamps above, I don't know what else could have been done to change the outcome.

Again, I'm sorry that your package was stolen and the blame should be directed to the individual who took your order from your doorstep.

In 2020, we made a business decision to drop Trustpilot as our primary "service review" platform due to a few business reasons. At that time, our score would hover between 8.5 and 9.2 out of 10. We migrated to a more cost effective tool through Google. At that time most reviews migrated to Google and only those who wanted to complain did, thus the lack of reviews.

Trash third party site that will sell items not even in stock and will make you wait weeks upon weeks upon weeks while they search for it at a price to make money. If not your order will be canceled

Since you did not post a name or send us contact information to services@ycmc.com, we cannot provide to you, accurate and factual information regarding your order, but we feel a response is required based upon your comments listed above.

We are NOT a 3rd party site. Our company has been in business operating 39 retail stores in the MD, DC, and VA area for well over 70 years. Any and all products are available to purchase directly from our vendors. The inventory is either in our distribution center or in one of our retail stores.

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to process and ship orders placed online. Unfortunately during this past holiday season and still existing today, the USPS Priority Mail service continues to experience major service and delivery disruptions. They are not scanning packages into their systems, they have experienced delays in the delivery of first class mail and packages for days into weeks, and finally have shut down some facilities due to Covid outbreaks. This problem especially exists in the Northeast corridor from DC to NY. Here is the link:

YCMC is legit, but they will test your patience

Ok. I have ordered from the app a few times and I will say this.....have patience. I have always gotten my items that I ordered but it is a slow process. This is probably due to Covid. Except for one pair of shoes I ordered that were obviously not available, I have been satisfied with this place. But I’ll be honest YCMC have showed me the value of the virtue of patience. Two weeks to get a pair of sweats, but I am satisfied with the product. I will definitely order again in the future.

Placed an order Dec 18th. Today is Dec 29. Got an email Dec 24 saying shipment is on it's way. The tracking number shows it has never been picked up by USPS. No phone number to call. Emails sent get diverted to a google page.

I placed order on December 12th just…

I placed order on December 12th just received email saying it was shipped on December 17th my problem is if all customers are complaining and it’s a known fact of usps being behind why not change shipping method to better serve customers! This is a total disappointment for the holidays and I want order from here again!

All shipping companies are experiencing issues, challenges and delays; it's just that USPS, especially here in BLT are the most challenged. With regards to changing shipping companies, that is not a reality in the midst of a peak season as UPS recently chose to drop 8 very large companies from delivering due to their commitment to their current base of customers and accounts. All of these clients migrated to USPS. I'm sorry it's delayed but the USPS has been hit very hard with the pandemic and holiday volume. Additionally, the alternatives shipping companies to USPS are typically 30% higher in costs which also is not accepted by consumers. I apologize for your experience, but it's not as easy to resolve and solve nationwide as you may think.

Purchased order on 12/8 it’s now 12/22 still no order has been received I have a tracking number and it says label created waiting on item my stuff from China came in 2 weeks this is only coming from Maryland to South Carolina NEVER AGAIN!!!! Thanks for reaching out to us for update on your order. While we always take responsibility for failures in our service levels, this time, I must share the reality of the USPS with your during this holiday and Covid season.

Your order was processed, ship confirmed, and handed over to the USPS on 12/10. They have been in possession of your order since then. The USPS is extremely late in scanning orders into their network and also delivering packages. This is a nationwide issue but even more challenging here in the NE Corridor.

I'll share a local newscast with you. While this was filmed in BLT, I have seen numerous similar telecasts across the country in select regions and cities:

As reported in the media, the USPS Priority Mail Service is experiencing many delays across their entire network which are tied to historic holiday volume of mail and packages along with delays caused by the Covid pandemic. They are simply behind their normal scanning and delivery practices.

We are seeing delays in scanning packages into their network and in-transit delays throughout the network. Unfortunately, you have the same information as we do to access the most current information for your package. This can be found by going to www.USPS.com and entering your tracking number in the “Search or Track Packages” box.

In the last two days, we are beginning to see movement of packages still to be scanned in BLT as they reduced their queue by 39% today from Sunday afternoon. We have also been told that rather than scanning into their network, they are simply shipping the packages for some packages. There is no way for us to know if packages have shipped or simply sitting on a container outside the facility waiting to be inducted into their network.

Like most holiday seasons, the USPS simply needs additional time to scan, process, and deliver your package and order. I’m sorry but for the both of us, delivery rests in the hands of the USPS. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the USPS delays.

This is not an excuse, but it is reality. I'm sorry. Your package will arrive, just with a poor experience caused by the USPS Priority Mail Service.

It is now Dec. 19, and I still haven't recieved my package which I ordered on Dec. 4th. 15 days and still nothing. This sucks. I wanted to have my s*** before Christmas, and I figured 21 days ahead was plenty of time. It was for Finishline! They need to change the name to YJFU, cause You Just F***** Up if you ordered from them! Never Again!

Scam

Updated after response- which if this was a reputable company they wouldn’t have staff monitoring reviews, responding within minutes to every single one- (there are so many bad reviews!)
Scam. Ordered shoes weeks ago. No confirmation. Messaged them and they said they’d ship that day, got an email saying they shipped, 2 weeks later still no shoes. Unless they’re coming from a foreign country I should have them by now.

I see responses like this to all of these reviews. “You ordered this day, your package is in transit.”
Except no one ever receives their packages, even reviews prior to the pandemic. Tracking stops at the distribution center in Maryland and the estimated arrival date long surpasses. I order items daily-even with pandemic delays they are able to estimate a correct delivery date- even if that is extended out for a length of time. I’ve never seen an estimated delivery date be completely passed with no further tracking or at least the package leaving to the next USPS site unless I just don’t receive the package. I will update my review if I receive this package but I’m 99% sure I won’t. Stay tuned.

When you placed your order, the ship window was stated 5-7 business days. Your order shipped on business day #7.

Well

Well, I order my kids shoes from everywhere and thought I saw these for 65$ and here for 38$ with shipping I'll give these a try. 2 weeks later nothing. No shipping date or a receipt or even a tracking number. I don't mind waiting but just update. If I have to wait over 2 weeks for shoes I would have paid the extra 20$. It's not the money it's the service I guess. I did write an email last week I guess it went to the wrong place? IDK, it is what it is and appreciate the quick response and help from kirby. In all actuality IDC how long it takes as long as I get them before Christmas. Thanks cheers

As stated on the site when you placed the order, due to holiday volume, it's taking 5-7 business days to ship some orders. Today is business day #7 for your order. Normally, during non-peak periods, our processing time is 3-5 business days.

I did respond to your email this morning already but prior to today's email, you had not reached out to us. I will contact our shipping department for more information. Please know that we have not charged you yet and we can cancel any order up to the point of ship confirmation.

Started getting suspicious after…

Started getting suspicious after several days with no communication, no shipping info, no tracking number, no arrival date. Spent well over $300 on 3 pairs of sneakers and decided to check on the order. I had the overwhelming displeasure of dealing with "email support supervisor" no idea how he has a job there or if he actually has vested interest in this company. As you can imagine after reading other reviews on company workers... the guy was offensive, nasty, called me a bully and said I was profound in my language. These guys are clearly scams. He claims now to have cancelled my order. What a huge scam and joke operation. I was initially so happy to find another new spot I thought would be up and coming but after these reviews and my personal experience, I would never ever buy or recommend these criminals after they wasted my time. I had a recent surgery and it is critical to get new sneakers and now I have to wait for refund (if it happens) and to re-shop... total can be weeks more delayed, I will sue these guys if my foot surgery gets compromised because of these scammers and not having footwear on time.

As you can see this vendor makes the same feeble attempts to discredit honest reviews left by burnt customers. Bla, Bla Blahhh. I went elsewhere, placed order, got receipts, got estimated shipping, received update less than 24 hours 2 of 3 pairs already shipped, other pair shipping shortly. Tracking from other vendor also properly provided.

With "70 years" and so many stores (39), you would think you know something about ethics, customer service and being a proud and happy seller. Instead, I was faced with an obnoxious, mean, horrible person (clearly their long time employee and not someone new) that all the while and even here, tried to drag me through mud. Yes customers when faced with theft, may slip up and remind you verbally what a slum business they are dealing with and you are running. Don't be fooled or mistaken, this company is the spitting perfect image of a scam company, one that will in a matter of time be closed up by the FTC among others. I will relentlessly pursue BBB, consumer affairs, the FTC, the public... all to fine, boycott and shut down this operation.

**the "facts" of my order are quite simple... I ordered over $300 in footwear... a few days went buy with no updated communication as you get with every other online vendor under the sun, decided to reach out in case I missed an email and asked for an update.... and that is when the schizophrenia of this representative kicked in. Nothing short of the worst attitude with no regard for my or my purchase. Almost a threatening tone. I would love for him to meet me one on one and see if his attitude is the same... I seriously doubt it as he is a digital gangster LOL. BEWARE, YOU BEEN WARNED!!!

Due to many untrue facts in your posting, we feel the need to respond.

You placed this order on 10/14 at 11:16 PM EST. You were sent an email stating such. In all communications and on the site, it is clearly stated that we require a 3-5 business day time estimate to process and ship orders. This is due to the fact that many of our online orders are filled with inventory from one of our 39 retail locations. We have operated our stores for over 70 years.

You placed your order late on 10/14 making Thursday, 10/15 as day #1 to start the processing time estimate to ship. Today, Monday, 10/19, would have been day #3 for the shipping window.

You emailed us yesterday (a few times) demanding tracking numbers. That is not how our system works as we do not pre-assign tracking numbers. We assign tracking numbers when your order is actually ship confirmed.

Additionally, we do not actually capture and charge credit card accounts until orders physically ship. It is only an authorization hold by your bank until the order ships.

You used profanity (which we will not cut/paste from your content) and demanded a shipping number prior to shipping which is not possible on our system. You were communicated to in a professional manner. We asked you if you wanted to cancel your order and you responded "yes". We voided your order per your directive. You were never charged and the authorization will drop off per your bank's policies. We do not control that aspect of the transaction. Typically, it's 1-2 business days.

Full of it

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Please DO NOT shop online here.YOU WILL REGRET IT! They don’t send out an confirmation emails once you place your order which a HUGE RED FLAG!!! After 2 Weeks passing I had to contact them about my order because I hadn’t received ANYTHING no tracking number, NOTHING! Customer service is EXTREMELY rude and CERTAINLY NOT HELPFUL they lied and said they sent me a email stating that my order was cancelled, when in fact I NEVER received one at all. So just avoid buying from here, go shop somewhere else!! Because if I would’ve never contacted them about my order I would’ve NEVER known my order was canceled & would’ve been waiting for who knows how long. THE WHOLE COMPANY JUST HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And y’all customer service rep Saekno needs to be fired

All online orders eventually get cancelled.

I ordered online 3 times from here. After waiting about 3 weeks for each order, I get an email that they are out of stock. They hold their stock in their brick and mortar stores and try to sell out from there. If you try to order online they might only send it to you if they have overstock, otherwise they send you a cancellation.
