Excellent service from the lady at the counter at the Abergavenny Branch. Very efficient and friendly. It’s so nice to be able to speak to a person. Internet banking is so impersonal and you can’t always get your questions answered.

Only bank or Building Society that has two different account numbers for one account,8 digits and 10 digits,causes frustration not being sure which to use when trying to transfer money from YBS to another bank.

YBS are beginning to be like all of the…
YBS are beginning to be like all of the other financial institutions, that is they want you to go online and not speak to a person. Very sad I will be moving my 125k when my fixed accounts mature as they no longer answer phone aclls for a very very very long time instead playing recorded messages to go online or use there app

Very friendly and efficient staff at Ripon branch. Setting up my new account was quick and easy. I could even use a passbook, thus avoiding the risks of the internet. Everything was just as I would have wished. Well done!
