I bought a reconditioned Guitalele for travelling from Yamaha UK to keep my fingers moving while on holiday. The instrument is pristine with no mark's on it and sounds great. Yamaha is alway been my go to guitar maker owning several in my collection. This little guitar will go everywhere on holiday with me going forward. It's so much fun to play and oozes quality while inexpensive.

Wrong item sent. Didn’t reply to emails when I phoned they said they’d take care of it but didn’t update me I had to call a few times to get information. I understand that these things happen but keeping me informed would have been nice.

I bought this Yamaha True X 100a subwoofer for a good price advertised in Grade A condition, but it looks brand new and came with all the accessories/packaging I would associate with a new product. The delivery was extremely fast. All I all, it has been a great shopping experience.
