I was informed every step of the way. The 2 man delivery team called half an hour before arrival and did a great job!

The mattress isn't cheap but then how could it be? The materials, craftsmanship and hand finishes are costly. BUT a good night's sleep is genuinely priceless.

UPDATE AFTER 2 WEEKS
Just flipped and turned the mattress.

After 2 weeks I can confirm this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. It is completely supportive.

I have always been a 4 hr sleeper- awake at 2 am/ 4am etc. Now I sleep for 7 hrs straight. This purchase has literally changed my life. Fantastic product!!

I ordered one of the double bed frames from iron & brass company - it arrived yesterday and I was really very impressed with the quality - it has a lovely finish and is clearly made with alot of care and attention. The delivery was on time and they built the bed for me where I needed it. Overall I was extremely impressed with the product, the process and the overall service. This is a great product and a great company who clearly value their product and their customers. Excellent experience

We purchased a king-sized wrought iron bed from this company and were very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service provided. The bed arrived with obvious issues that should have been identified during quality checks prior to delivery.

Due to the poor overall experience, we eventually purchased a replacement iron bed from another high-end bed company in the South of England. The difference in build quality and customer service was significant and far superior to what we originally received.

Overall, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

It makes such a pleasant change to be able to support an English producer of quality merchandise &, in theses days of bots, AI, algorithms etc to receive a personal service. Can’t fault the order process, product manufacture, communication, delivery & installation.

I have not long had my bed ‘Grace’ delivered.
It is a wonderful bed to look at and fits nicely in my loft space.
I chose ‘Grace’ because it wouldn’t overwhelm the space I had.
The service I received from beginning up until delivery and assembly has been fantastic.

From the process of choosing the bed to delivery and installation the company and product was excellent. I was anxious about buying such an expensive item online, as we were too far away to visit the showroom, but I was not at all disapointed. I rang the company to check on particulars, such as recommended mattress for the bed choice and our sleep preferences. They were helpful and totally correct in their recommendations. Communication with the company has been excllent through to delivery. Given how expensive beds are, even basic Ikea type versions, I feel that this product wasn't much more and the money we invested has brought us lasting quality.
